Location, beach front amazing

Only good factor for this hotel is it's location. It is really close about 2 mins away from beach.
It has a poor connection to the Wifi network. In addition to this, the service is quite subpar. Even though we have asked them to clean the room on a daily basis, they continue to ignore our requests. The bathroom has a terrible odour and it smells like rotting wood There are no water absorbing mats in the rooms. The cuisine should have been improved and there are not many alternatives available for the breakfast. There was a disruption in the power supply and the backup did not provide enough. There is a problem with the functionality of the mini bar in the room

The resort is set among lovely coconut trees on a nice secluded beach.
The hotel is tired. 20 years old a d looks it.
The room was poor and paint work dirty.
We had to get the mattress changed it was so hard.
Staff were poorly trained, reception staff were very rude to my wife eg happy to help but as soon as another person, indian came along they ignored her.

- Well priced food at the restro
- Ample space
- Nice garden scape
- popular wedding destination
CONs:
- washroom/toilets don't have an exhaust just a window which you might not open for privacy.
- washroom is congested and seating blocked due to glass screen for shower, makes you feel uncomfortable if you are tall
- Less staff
- Don't expect timely room service and esp. when wedding events are happening in parallel.
- Need to followup for room service.
- No DND option
- Room cutlery and kettles may not be washed and needs to be disinfected if you wish to use them

Access to the beach
Rooms really need a makeover. I stayed just because I payed for it and didn't have an option but to stay. I lost a lot of money (INR 25k) since I decided to check out earlier than planned.

the delux room were not so good . and as we reached the property they asked for pre-payment .
payments are to be done @ check out . but the reception people made us to pay at check in only .

Location
Rooms were not at all maintained. Bathrooms had no hot water and shower cubical was broken. they did not have tea maker or other essentials in the room. The rent of the room was pretty high despite poor quality and maintenance. The room service was extremely slow and even the service in the restaurant was slow. overall it wasn’t a great stay and definitely not worth the money we paid.

Hello , Staff at the reception is not helpful. I had ordered a birthday cake for my mom and the staff just kept that cake on table without even bringing it to room or alteast keep it in fridge. When i asked about it , they will just show it rudely that its there on table as if i had ordered drugs.
Rooms are also not clean and they are taking way extra charges for that kind of room.
Reception Staff does not care and have attitude problem .

The location of the resort is the biggest selling point. The Indian food that we ordered via room service was good.
The cleanliness in the rooms have to be improved. We had booked a sea facing cottage room, the room they gave us was very tiny and not at all upto standards. We asked to change our rooms the same day, intially they told us that all rooms were of the same size.We insisted those were not the ones we saw online, only then did they shift us to a better and much bigger room. It was much better than the smaller one.

Location was good. House keeping service n staff was very good.
There were insects in room , curtains were not clean, not much option for breakfast.

Firstly nice ambience... Jz in front of sea.... Amazing view.... Everything was good... Except the gym... Gym was jz for a count... Equipments was damaged...
