The staff are harsh. Im having difficulties in transferring money then the staff keep saying that no money no room to me. The bank is under maintenance and it is my fault ?!

So far this is the worse budget hotel i stay so far, do not have any toilet paper or tissue at all, do not have any towel. Hotel wifi cannot connect. My own phone Celcom do not have any reception too. I think the bed not clean with bed bugs, whole body not comfort and itchy all night.

receiptionist (indian, a lady) is polite, warm greeter. she gives clear details. she always respond whenever i ask for helps. thank you so much.

1. shower heater didn't function
2. the air cond controller panel loose
3. leak toilet hose pipe
4. need to punch the key socket to turn on the lights and ac
5. imbalance seat, almost broke
6. it will be nice if hair dryers were provided in each room
i did not complain this to give bad reviews to the hotel. im just being honest in order you can improvise the hotel facilities. maybe a little improvisation can bring huge impact.

There is nothing i can say good about it , the staff were rude and they will be holding the aircond remote and they control it , and tv remote also controlled by them, and if ask any help to adjust the aircond , they will be very rude , its is like this only and we are not supposed to change anything , if change needed to do payment . They will say got wifi , but you cant even access to it and broken password given . Very poor service by the hotel staffs, do consider in choosing . The bedsheets were dirty .
