The location is good, right in the middle of the Cihampelas shopping district, right across the Cihampelas Walk. Right next to the hotel is a convenience store. Parking space is limited, but there's free valet parking.

The hotel is unkempt. It shows its age. There were cockroaches in my room, and the hotel couldn't even provide bug spray. I had to get one myself from the nearby convenience store in the pouring rain.

If you’re about to book this hotel, PLEASE read and consider based on my experience. I was driving throughout Java island and had a stop in Bandung, thinking I could get a moment to rest before continuing my journey. Mind that I took all pictures from the rooms as a proof of the points below. -They don’t have a basement, an absolute hassle when you travel with cars. The parking area fits less than 20 cars approximately. - During check in, they mentioned that there is IDR 100.000 deposit for the room keys. The card seems like it has been used for 1000 years already, full of scratch and was torn here and there. - Prior entering the room, you can hear all people’s conversation from inside the rooms in the alley. - The pictures they showed on the website or platform are COMPLETELY different with the reality. Safe to say it is a SCAM. - The room smells really, REALLY bad. It’s like a humid abandoned room. - All the room amenities are very old and used for a long time without any care, the tissue box is not proper for use even in your own house anymore. Tables are scratched and washroom is absolute disaster. Water stains are still on the metals and I don’t even mind skipping the shower because how bad it was, too scared to use the towels also. - The bed is SUPER terrible, blood stains and other mysterious stains on the mattress, sheets and duvets. I found hairs on the linen folds and felt very ITCHY here and there when I lay down. - They don’t even care to vacuum the carpet at all. It’s all dusty and was badly torn and stained. Had to ask for rooms change because I can’t even stand for 5 mins inside. They changed it with quite similar disaster rooms, only the ac is colder. My room had no key card access so they gave me ancient manual key. The guy mentioned that the smell in the room is because there’s no window so there’s no proper circulation (absolute ridiculous excuse, you’re not the only hotel without open windows).

The only things is location ,room toilet cleanlineas is the worst

Cleanlines room toilet bed all about the hotel are at worst condition, cockroach all around playing hide and seek in the room & bathroom, fungus and smelling toilet

i feel fooled by the photos. from the moment we entered the room, it was obvious that the carpet hasn’t been vacuumed for a long time. the room also wasnt as big as the photos. but the others were fine. the parking lot is so small but they have valet servcice

The location is exactly in the front of Cihampelas Walk Mall. I enjoyed my time walking to the mall and back to the hotel to spend my leisure time.

• The bedsheets smelled bad. • No sandals in the room. • The bathroom was dirty. • The speaker in the hallway was very very TOO loud, even after I asked the staff to lower down the volume. • Some TV channels were blurry. • The doorknob was broken so bad.

- the bathroom was so smelly and dirty. even after i washed the walls and floor with soap, it was still smelly - the carpet inside the room was dirty - the pillows and the bed sheet were smelly - the room smelled so bad

everything inside the room is dirty the bed sheet the pillow the blanket the carpet well almost everything. luckily we always bring our own😅. cockroach and mosquitoes are everywhere ow my. We will never ever stay here again. About the price we know that its cheap, however there are some hotels with the same price that can maintain their cleanliness.

the access to Cihampelas Walk Mall

we got a very dirty room. we booked 3 rooms and we are placed far from each other. the floor is very dirty and it smelled very bad and smoky. totally not recommended. the shower is broken, the air conditioner isnt working. all of the things we got except the near access to Cihampelas walk. we even cancelled our stay and move to other hotel with NO REFUND. we dont sleep there. we just stayed for like several minutes and we decided to move to another hotel.

Great location. The hotel was located in front of ciwalk mall and surrounded by local shops. The breakfast was also tasted good.

The sheet was dirty. The room was not in good condition. The lightning in the room was not bright enough.
