Fantastic huge house! Close to restaurants, bars, shops and beach (not a beach for kids/swimming). The pool was amazing for our kids. The hot tube heats up in 10 minutes! Kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms had hair dryers and shampoo/conditioner. Easy communication and check in/check out. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely little Oasis in San Jose del Cabo! Walking distance to town, resorts, and the beach. Host is super communicative and knowledgeable and the house has everything you need for a group!

We had a great seven day stay in this very practical and large house that easily fit our group of 8. It’s conveniently located near beach, restaurants and shops. The pool was great, it’s very deep in most places so be careful with kids that can’t swim yet (although life jackets and pool toys are available). Though the weather was warm, we did end up requesting to have the pool be heated to make it more comfortable.
The Manager was very helpful and available when needed (which we really didn’t need much at all as everything was well taken care of).
Recommendations near by are tacos Lateral, the pizza place on the corner and the Comer supermarket that had everything you need. As for activities we went Whalewatching (Salty), ziplining (Cabo Azul) and to one of the public beaches. San Jose del Cabo’s down town area was also very nice, with many good restaurant options and vibrant night life and easy parking on the circle road.

Our family stayed here and there was ample space to hide from one another. The kitchen is great. House is quiet but in walking distance to grocery, beach and square.

The house was everything advertised. Spacious, clean, convenient location, well stocked with supplies, and most of all an attentive property manger. He was the best and was there for us when needed!

Spectacular 5-Star San Jose Home
Our family of 12 leave San Jose with wonderful memories of our stay at Casa Blanca. The pool was a big hit with our 6 grandchildren and the beautiful, clean home provided comfortable space for everyone. Great location, too! Patrick was attentive and extremely helpful.

Great house, great location
Huge house with plenty of room for 10 adults. Walk to the beach (not a swimming beach) and restaurants, walk or drive to the main square, close to grocery stores. Quick drive to some great swimming beaches (we loved Chileno Beach). We loved the pool and hot tub! Everything was very straight forward and the property manager was quick to respond.

Cabo 11 - Graduation Celebration
Exactly what we needed! This property was everything the photos showed and more. We were so impressed with the actual size of the house; the bedrooms were very spacious, the kitchen allowed for multiple people to cook or prepare and was well stocked with equipment; the pool/outside area was so welcoming and a decent size. With 11 people, we never felt like we were on top of each other and the bedrooms are far enough away from the living area that sleeping in peace was easy. The beaches close by are not for swimming or surfing, so that was really the only disappointment. We enjoyed the restaurants and shops down the block and the estuary a short distance away. We drove 10 min to swimming beaches daily and Flora Farms our last day. We enjoyed the San Jose del Cabo Art Walk and a day trip to Los Cabos and Lover's Beach. We had a minor issue with water, but Patrick, the concierge, took care of it and all was well. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house and location
My family and I loved this house! There was more than enough room for the 12 of us to never feel crowded. We were able to walk or take a short taxi ride to everything we needed. We hope to stay here again some day!

Second stay at this property
We had a great trip! This was our second stay at this property and it was as good as the first. Easy check in and out. Wonderful location walking distance to the beach and good restaurants. Nice layout for a big group of friends with the bedrooms away from each other and large common area. We highly recommend staying here!

Spring Break 2020 Stay
Property was amazing place to relax and enjoy some good weather for Spring break for a large group. Amazing pool and hot tub and house is clean and very spacious.

Awesome house in a great location!
We really enjoyed our stay here. Huge, fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities with detergent were nice to have. Bedrooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Hot tub and pool were also great. Easy check in and out. Some good restaurants a short walk away (we recommend Latino 8 and La Galería) and Cabo Fitness Center right down the street has day passes for 210 pesos. The Walking path along the Zona Hotelera was nice for walking and running and it is a quick and easy 45 peso Uber ride to old town for the art walk, shopping, and street food vendors.

Cannot say enough about this property!!!
We stayed at Casa Blanca with friends for my 50th birthday. The house was beautiful and well stocked with everything we could possibly need and situated perfectly within walking distance from the historic district, restaurants and the beach. Any minor issues we may have had were immediately addressed by the property manager. Thanks so much and we will be back!!!

Winter Family meeting in México
Owner was helpful and easy to work with . Concierge was helpful . Home was awesome , plenty of room for our twelve family members . Kids had a blast in the pool and just hanging out with easy other . Enough room to have some private time as well. Restaurant Suggestion s we’re right on the money . Thanks Paula and Patrick hope to see you again sometime!!!

Great, spacious home
We had a fabulous stay at Paula's home. There is plenty of room and the kitchen is well appointed. The property manager was very easy to communicate with, and the location is great - a few walk-able restaurants and the grocery store is a 5 minute drive. It is easy to get into San Jose del Cabo for any evening activities, but we were quite happy at the house during the day.

Incredible home, well equipped, fantastic location
We just had a great family reunion/ vacation/ anniversary. Great safe location walkable to many restaurants and activities. Kudos to Patrick for always being really helpful with information and making our lives easy!!!! This home is absolutely incredible, everything was top notch, can’t wait to come back again next year or sooner hopefully. Thank you again!!!!

Beautiful property makes for a great vacation
Beautiful home with all rooms very spacious. This was perfect for our big family reunion. Loved the pool and hot tub. Covered porch by the pool was perfect for being outside but not always in the sun. Grill was great for cooking the numerous fish we caught. They refilled the tanks as we needed. Extra large table made family dining a delight. Pictures are accurate. Owner was most helpful and in communication with us.

Stunning villa with incredible ammenities!
This property was absolutely amazing. It is huge and the decor is fabulous. The pool and hot tub and decks were fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay here. We cooked and also ate out at a numbe rof excellent restaurants in the area. The kitchen is very well equipped. Although beautiful in the pictures on the listing, the place is even better when you are there. We are hoping we will have an opportunity to revisit the area in the future! Thank you!

Amazing house within an amazing place, the perfect getaway
We absolutely loved staying at the Club de Golf Fonatur in San José del Cabo. The house easily accommodated our mix of 10 family and friends. Everyone felt they had plenty of private space while still having the perfect mix of social friendly areas to not feel like you were invading each others space. The house was clean, rooms extremely spacious (and comfortable), bathrooms very nice and kitchen well provisioned for food preparation and drinks. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and inviting and the outside grassy areas were great in the mornings and evenings to sit and chat while sipping cocktails. As a bonus the house has a gated driveway area which was perfect for us as we had a private vehicle and it was great peace of mind to have it just outside but secure. The tv’s we used worked great, they had chrome cast so easy to share our adventures to the group and the internet worked flawlessly.
The location was just about perfect for our group, we walked to most places which included old downtown San José, the length of the beach, several local restaurants (some literally just around the corner) and more. The grocery store is just down the street and you are just minutes away from just about every local amenity you could think of, I couldn’t think of a more perfect house for our visit.
The owner Paula, was very accommodating in adding an extra day at the last minute and Patrick was very thorough in walking us through the House upon our arrival and even offering us several options for transportation from the Airport. We will definitely be booking here again in any future visits to San José del Cabo. Thanks again!!

Great house and great location, in a great destination!
This is a great house in a very convenient part of San Jose, just a short (3 minute) walk to restaurants, shops, coffee, etc. and 20 minute walk to old town San Jose. House is very spacious, the pool is great, and the property manager, Patrick, was super helpful with tips for tours, restaraunts, etc. I've traveled extenstively in Mexico, but this was my first trip Cabo and I LOVED IT! San Jose del Cabo was a great destination for my extended family (8 of us in total) with somethng for everyone.

Very enjoyable stay in this lovely home
Had a wonderful stay at this property. Secure house with parking close to beach access which we enjoyed even though it is not a swimming beach. The location is great. It’s quiet, comfortable, kitchen well stocked with what we needed, ping pong table centrally located was a hit, plenty of seating for a larger group. Patrick, the property manager, was helpful with whatever we asked of him. Owner, Paula, was responsive and quick to help us out when needed. Many thanks.

Excellent Property with Close Proximity to the Beach
We loved our stay! We were three families (6 adults and more children than necessary) and had a great time at the Paula's house. It was very comfortable, incredibly large and had a great location to be close to the beach and the restaurants on the main stretch.
The house was comfortable, but not so delicately decorated that we worried about our young kids being in the house. The pool was a great set up and the backyard was large and comfortable. The beach is about an 8 minute walk via public access for adults, 15 minute walk with kids, but very easy.

Hands down! Best place to stay in Cabo.
This place is breathtakingly GORGEOUS!! By far the best place I’ve ever rented. The hosts were so amazing and informative, helpful and accessible, accommodating and just all around great people. They provided cab information, speedy communication when it came to any questions I had. I’m in LOVE with this home. I will definitely be renting this home again!!! SPACE SPACE AND MORE SPACE!!!!😍😍😍

Absolutely outstanding
The villa was just like description detailed. It has been maintained to a very high standard, it's close to beach, shops and is close to the bus route if you don't need a car.
We were collected at the airport and taken back when we left.
I have recommended this villa to friends who I know are booking for next year. Hopefully not when I'm going next february/march.
There is plenty of restaurants 2minute walk away,. Especially the Italian,
Would I go again , yes I will.
