Living room was huge and airconds were all well serviced. Even though everything looks date, everything was clean.

Water pressure is low and the hoses for the shower heads are leaking - might be time to replace.

1. Water heater problem. Kindly service or repair the water heater. The water heater not functions after removing the access card. 2. No water dispenser like cuckoo provided. 3. Water flow run slow at master room.

Did not expect the huge space for the rooms, living room. there were no specific details on the bathroom situation but we were beyond happy to find there were 3 (one in suite with master bedroom). Wonderful beach view over the balcony and from the windows of the 2 bedrooms.

Staff was very helpful, bcos the aircond at the living room auto switch off..we dont know why and immediately fix it! They said it run out of gas.. And love the view!

3 toilets..but the last toilet is outside the kitchen area..near the empty smallroom..a bit eerie.. And need more cutleries..

the channel and the reception of tv anttena is so weak n not clear..

The swimming pool faicilities Im not that happy. I follow the strict rules of using the swimming suits for my kids but on the second day we went there, I was not happy to see some of the Bruneians and locals are swimming NOT WEARING THE SWIMMING SUITS, they are only wearing short pants and tshirts!!!! but they are allowed to swim in the pool. What kind of rules are they using. I really hate that part. Im also paying for the rooms so the facilities should be fair to ALL.
