Café da manhã muito bom, cama muito confortável, acústica boa, não escutava nenhum barulho de fora. Do lado do hotel tem mercado, localização excelente, funcionários atenciosos

Não é que não gostei, mas só senti falta de um espaço melhor para lavar mamadeira e com microondas para quem vai com bebê e o espaço do chuveiro é pequeno para dar banho em bebê.

O Hotel é perfeito. Temos família em Fortaleza e vamos várias vezes ao ano. Desde que descobrimos o Pauli só temos ficado lá.

Gostamos de tudo.

Não possuir estacionamento, pra quem vai de carro ou está com carro alugado, o carro tem que ficar na rua.

The decoration was so beautiful and interesting! it was so pleasing to just stay in a beautifully esthetic hotel with outstanding breakfast and staff! the omelettes were so delicious !

hotel has no parking option and is located in a big avenue. not good for the ones driving a car.

Excellent breakfast, the whole atmosphere takes you to a tranquile place, amazing decoration and exceptional cleanliness. The jacuzzi and pool area make you want to stay in the hotel all day :)

Toiletry was too little and the quality was not proportional to the total quality offered by the hotel. A point that can be improved.

the only good thing was to sit in front of the swimming pool (didn’t get in- the water was dirty) and chill with the lounge music.

there is no emergency scape if you are in the last rooms of the corridor. In case of a fire not even the fire brigade can reach the rooms as these rooms are out of their access, on top the windows do no open and the corridor is made buy wood, the only stairs out was obstructed with trash and baby crib ( no emergency plan in the room even after requested). The view goes to a favela. The location is unsafe, it is of walking distance to Beira mar but very dangers to walk until there and on top No parking. In the kids play room there is no kids protection on the plugs. The breakfast is of no quality, if you are lucky to get a table, there is no reposition of food, lacking basic stuffs and a long waiting line for any hot meal. The toilet in the room has a size of a camping cabin, all the towers holders were falling and no basic amenities is provided. I’ve paid for two days 1000 euros (5800) for three days expecting a good quality hotel but it was far to be one.

The hotel is amazing. All is good. I will always come back.

To park, it's a little bad.

The staff were absolutely impeccable! So attencious always checking on us to see if everything was OK.

Bed linen, pillows and toiletries could be improved a little bit.

- great amenities such as pool and gym - the breakfast is amazing, plenty of variety (even for vegetarians) - the design of the hotel is impressive - the staff is very friendly - there is a supermarket right next to the hotel - Wi-Fi works great. we worked remotely and didn’t have any problem

- the hotel is quite close to the beach and popular streets; however it’s also very close to a favela. I’d recommend taking Ubers to go around. - the interior of the rooms could be improved (for example two chairs instead of one, two shampoos instead of one etc.)
