i liked how i started to accommodate the lack of service, poor attention to detail, No regard to the client. The establishment charged me 2.5% extra cause i paid by card and not cash. This is not in the terms and conditions. the establishment had no lights on day 1 arrival. then no water day 1&2. room not cleaned. the kitchen had no utensils. i checked out on day 2. Management promised me a refund. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DATE.

That i trusted booking.com to have professional places. the way i was handled y the property is bad, the lack of authority Booking.com has over the properties is concerning. it shows yout weakness. Airbnb has authority

The premises is dirty and needs a lot of maintenance. The room has very dirty walls, and needs paint. The headboard of the double bed is very dirty as guests rests their heads against it. It has not been cleaned in a very long time. The basin's water runs on your feet as the pipe is broken. The shower head sprays the water all over as the holes are blocked. There is a big hole without a grid in the shower. There is a window with no curtain to an adjacent room which anybody can look through and see you inside the room. The locker/tin cupboard in the room is dirty and shabby.

Most of the things. I did not get the room I booked (reason being it’s under renovation and it houses families not one person). There was no TV, things that are not working we’re left in the room, the card machine wasn’t also working, pool dirty. And the worst of them all has to be the service. They own 3 properties, you don’t get a tag for opening the gate so every time you go out the guy has to walk from another property to the gate to open up for you…which took long…especially at night.

It is cheaply built, the quality of the materials used is poor and does not inspire any kind of confidence. Things like the door, the faucet, toilet, hot water

The accommodation was exactly what I needed. I got there very late and the staff were waiting patiently - I really appreciate this as I was very stressed at the time about the exam I had to write the next day.

There was nothing to like. The place was cold, very cold it was difficult to sleep there.

The cold room, woke up wanted to shower but the water was cold. From sleeping in a cold room to waking up to a cold shower, the worst experience ever!!!
