The room and bathroom are decently sized. I absolutely loved the bedding. So comfortable ! Having a bar and hooks/hangers to hang clothes was nice too. Having bath products and a towel is really thoughtful and convenient. It was nice to have a wall mirror and a desk too. The owner answers really fast and is very nice and accommodating.
Having a mosquito net at the window would be nice because at one point I had at least 10 mosquitos with me in the room and I was bitten quite a bit. The front door is also a bit hard to close from the inside but other than that, nothing bothered me.

it was a very cold winter night and the only duvet was a tiny summer one, and the extra blanket wasn’t washed

The room was clean. Good Wifi.
Availability of the staff for problem-solving (managing the problem with low temperature). The kitchen was poorly equipped (the kettle needs to be replaced immediately, no forks) and smells bad.

Really close to reading city center, good value for money, good size room
I've stayed for long term and didn't find anything to clean the room. Other point that bothered me was the closing front door system, it is sometimes hard to get in.. only minor details

Good location and I was able to pay for a parking permit so I knew my car was safe.
After booking was surprised to learn that to use electricity in the public kitchen you have a coin meter. Also rooms are not soundproof, wasn't a noisy place, but certainly not soundproof

They done tell you that you have to pay to use the cooker and I’m sure it’s the same if you want to use the washing machine and £30 for the permit on top of the £10 per night for parking.

The en-suite single room is so beautiful and cozy yet very modern! The property is well-presented, and the host was very accommodating, he helped me with everything! I entended my stay by 3 days at the end, recommended anyone who needs a small, beautiful room with the comfort of en-suite bathroom/shower. Whenever I'll come to Reading for work, this will be the location!!! Amazing place ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Is clean inside.
The property doesn't have heat, is cold inside .
I had to use a portable heater which is very noisy and if you switch the heating off the temperature of the room will go down very fast.
Not good.
Also I found 2 PCN on windscreen even that the visitor permit was displayed on dashboard off the car.
Not good .
The room is very little tiny room , if you bring in a hand bag and a troller it will take up all the room.
Not good.
Expensive and it didn't meet the expectation.
I don't recommend .

The facilities are quite clean. Nice comfortable room and bed and very bright too. Very secure accommodation. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the accommodation :)
Nothing serious really, it felt a bit cold some days but alright later on.

The kitchen and Washing machine need to pay by coin before you use it (except the Micowave)
