We had a lovely stay in Roberto’s flat. It was clean and spacious and we loved the canal view! Great communication as well. Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful stay for me, my husband and our two teenage kids in a quiet part of Venice but just a short walk from the busy and more tourist area. This allowed us a small glimpse of life on the island for locals. This apartment was exactly as described in the apartment description. It easily slept 4 adult-sized people with one bed upstairs and the sofa sleeper downstairs which was very comfortable. The two bathrooms were a real convenience too. Roberto met us for our arrival and was very helpful with restaurants, grocery store, and overall helpful tips. It was also nice that the water taxi was able to pick us up steps from the apartment as we headed back to the airport (definitely the way to go). We will definitely stay here again and recommend the apartment to others. Grazie Roberto!

A great place. Roberto met us for check in (waiting patiently for our late flight!) and was friendly and responsive throughout. The house was well-appointed (including cold water in the fridge - thank you Roberto!). The only issue (but a big one for us) was that, while the air conditioning unit tried hard, it wasn't able to adequately cool the apartment in the Venice July heat. Because the air conditioning didn't work, to keep the house bearable, we had to keep the blinds down which obviously took away from the lovely canal view. The location on a canal is a bit away from the hustle and bustle of "touristy" Venice - nice as a get away but it was farther to the main sights than we anticipated - about 20 minutes to the train station and 25 minutes walking to St Mark's, Rialto Bridge, and similar sights. We love walking but quickly melted in the heat so would recommend to future visitors in summer months to buy a vaporetto pass and make use of the water buses. If you have luggage, the walk from the train station or the closest square is difficult - a lot of bridges and stairs to navigate. Our best tip would be to splurge (130-150 euros) on a water taxi to and from the airport - coming into and leaving Venice on a water taxi was magical and really allows you to appreciate the home's location directly on a canal - step directly from the boat into the house!

To be in Venice and at Roberto’s apartment was a fantastic experience for my friend and I. Roberto’s place is in a central yet very quite location. My friend and I felt very warmly welcomed, the place is spacious, luminous, spot clean and super comfy. We are very grateful for the experience and we will be back for sure. Thank you Roberto and thank you Venice for being such a splendid City. Best ever experience.!!! Heart opening 🌏

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sie ist gemütlich, auch mit der Empore als Schlafzimmer, von wo aus man direkt auf den kleinen Kanal blickt, der am Haus vorbei läuft. Den gleichen Blick hat man auch vom Wohnbereich. Die Ausstattung ist optimal. Die Lage in Dorsoduro ist perfekt. Hier kann man nach den Besuchen im Zentrum Ruhe finden und sich wohl fühlen. Die nächste Vaporetta-Station ist ca 5 - 10Minuten entfernt und dort befindet sich auch ein gut sortierter Supermarkt. Am Campo San Polo ist man in ca. 15 Minuten. Wir können diese Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen und uns bei Roberto für die Betreuung bedanken.

Tolles, modernes Appartment über zwei Etagen direkt an einem kleinen Nachbarschaftskanal, nur wenige Minuten bis ans Zattere und in die trubelige Innenstadt. Viele schöne Restaurants ohne den Touristenwahnsinn direkt in der Nachbarschaft, ebenso die Uni. Hier bekommt man etwas vom echten Venedig mit ohne zu weit abseits zu sein. Gerne wieder!

This Dosoduro flat is amazing. It’s located in a nice neighborhood at the end of a quiet street along the canal, but convenient enough to walk all around Venice. The hosts, Roberto and Evelina, were very welcoming and friendly. The apartment is nicely furnished and has everything you need for your visit!

Sehr schönes Appartement in perfekter Lage!

The apartment was clean, modern with all amenities and incredible view to canal. It is quete residential neighborhood. Roberto was great host with warm hospitality. We enjoyed our stay during the New Year. We would stay again

Wir konnten schöne Herbstferien (4 Nächte) in dieser gemütlichen Wohnung verbringen. Als Eltern konnten wir uns auf die Empore zurückziehen, die Kinder haben es sich zum Schlafen auf der Couch gemütlich gemacht. Wunderbar ist der Blick auf den Kanal direkt von den Betten. Die zwei Bäder sind für uns 4 auch praktisch gewesen, da uns ein paar Mal der Novemberregen erwischt hat und eine heiße Dusche für uns alle dringend nötig war. Auch die Heizung hat prima funktioniert, schon nach kurzer Zeit hatten wir es wieder kuschelig warm und alle Sachen waren schnell getrocknet. Die weiteren Vorzüge dieser Wohnung wurden ja schon von den Vormietern gelobt. Genauso haben wir es empfunden. Auch wir haben die ruhige und doch zentrale Lage in Universitätsnähe zu schätzen gelernt. Durch diese Lage gab es rund um die Wohnung genug Bars und Pizzerien, in denen wir als Familie sehr gut und preisgünstig etwas essen gehen konnten. Doch auch die Küche der Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und der nahe Conad Supermarkt an der Vaporetto-Station San Basilio hat täglich bis 22 Uhr geöffnet, da war der Kühlschrank bald gefüllt. Besonderes Danke von uns noch an Roberto, der uns sehr gut betreut hat und immer erreichbar war. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder nach Venedig und hoffen, dass dann die Wohnung von Roberto auch wieder für uns frei ist.

Wir haben diese Wohnung für eine Woche gemietet und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Organisation mit dem Vermieter hat sehr gut geklappt. Er hat uns eine sehr präzise Wegbeschreibung zukommen lassen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig an einem Kanal in einer Sackgasse. Bootsanleger und nette Restaurants sind schnell erreichbar. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 10 Minuten entfernt. Die Wohnung hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Das Schlafzimmer war sehr gemütlich, Küche gut ausgestattet, alles prima. Jedenfalls empfehlenswert!

Awesome location hosted by two wonderful people. The apartment is located in a quiet area with great little cafes, bars and restaurants close by. A short walk walk to the ferry boat. The space is well equipped, WiFi excellent and lots of space.

Overall a very enjoyable and accommodating stay. With the water buses that move Venice in both clockwise and counter clockwise directions, the island is completely accesible easily. Our stay in Dorsodura? was comfortable. The king sized bed upstairs, and convertible sofa down stairs is good for three. If there is a fourth, a rollaway is available. “Sara” was very helpful for transportation and restaurant reccomdations. We had a little trouble with the A/C but with new batteries, the problem was solved. Kitchen has all the comforts of home. Although small, the bath is functional. All in all a good stay. We have cleaned the apartment to receive back a cleaning deposit, which was promised. Still have not heard back from the owner “Roberto” about this fee yet.

Soggiorno perfetto, io, mia moglie ed i due bambini siamo rimasti molto contenti della scelta che rifaremmo senza alcun dubbio. Ottima la posizione vicino a fermata vaporetto, negozi, bar e ristoranti ma in assoluta tranquillità e silenzio. L'appartamento rende ancora meglio dal vivo rispetto alle foto, bello, di recente ristrutturazione con tutti i confort e servizi. I nostri bambini ci chiedono spesso: Quando torniamo alla 'nostra' casa di Venezia?!!!..Spero presto!!Bravi Roberto e Evelina!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It is lovely, comfortable and includes all important features. The neighborhood is really nice. Nice bars, restaurants and shops. Easy access to the Vaporetto was a plus. The owners are delightful and very responsive. Would.definitely stay there again.

La propriétaire, Evelina, nous attendait à l'aéroport pour la remise des clés et un plan détaillé pour rejoindre l'appartement ; très pratique. Le logement est spacieux avec une chambre à l'étage faisant partie intégrante de la pièce, nous étions 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 grands enfants) avec toutes les commodités. Le linge de lit et de toilettes est fourni. Le lieu est calme et un peu excentré du cœur de Ville. Seul petit bémol, le matelas du canapé convertible n'est pas de très bonne qualité. Nous avons été tous les 4 très ravis de celle location que je recommande. Valérie

Wir verbrachten als Familie tolle Tage in dieser Wohnung. Sie ist sehr gut ausgerüstet, vor allem auch die Küche, und sehr sauber. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung liegt am Ende einer Gasse, sodass es keine Passanten hat, die vorbeigehen. Enstprechend ruhig ist es. Alles in allem ein Ort, der hält, was er verspricht. Wr würden wieder dorthin.

A fantastically presented apartment on a canal near the University. Two bathrooms and toilets. Plenty of space if you want to relax in the apartment but its situated a short walking distance from fantastic local restaurants, the Grand Canal and a vaporetto stop. The apartment is in a quite place so no tourist noise. Great hosts that were very welcoming.

This is a top notch property! Quiet location on a canal. Positive "local" vibe with vibrant student presence during the day. Good low priced bars very close. Walking distance to anywhere no need for vaparatto/water bus riding. Clean spacious house. Friendly/helpful owner. Love to stay again........
