The pool could be colder, it was far too warm.

The balcony facing stromboli was fantastic.The room was confortable and the hotel, overall, is nice. They gave us a (very) early check in an a (very) late check out, wich was great, besides a room upgrade.

The breakfast was poor, without variety and the food is not that fresh.... Breakfast staff where not efficient.

Very friendly Staff, nice atmosphere during breakfest with relaxing music. Great coffee and croisants. Great view, we could see the Vulcano from the bed, which was stunning. Free water in the minibar, which was refillt.

The pool was empty and is under construction. No information upfront and no discount and no excuse. Safe did not work and they could not manage to replace it during our stay (2 nights). Doors of the shower where hard to close.

Beautiful rooms/small houses located in a nice garden with a pool. The staff was very helpful, they even checked us in earlier because we arrived in the morning with the ferry. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The rooms were extremely clean and very cozy. A great stay on this beautiful island

For starters, the pool is stunning. I could have spent all day lying by the pool reading and taking frequent dips. It is kept warm, which is not great for doing laps, but still comfortable. Not all of the hotel staff speak English, but we were easily able to get by with knowing very little Italian. The location is a little further than some of the other hotels, but it actually means it's quieter and not as heavily trafficked. Very close to some awesome beaches with black sand and even one with a cool grotto. The breakfast was a great spread with a wide variety of food. The rooms though on the smaller side are big enough to fulfill their purpose as you won't want to spend much of your time in the hotel room but rather by the pool or touring the island. The AC was fantastic and kept the room very cool, which was important given the heat during our visit in July.

I wish the pool was kept a little cooler so it was a little more refreshing to dip into or do laps, but the Mediterranean also easily could fulfill this purpose. Not really much to complain about.

Room very small, not as in the pictures. There was no Wifi in the room or TV service. I ask help from the staff and they need nothing to help the situation. Not very apreciate of english speaking I guess.

The pool area was great, and the staff were all very friendly. Good breakfast and the hotel restaurant is also good for lunch/dinner. The staff were very helpful during our stay. We noticed a few things about the room cleaning when we checked in, but they made sure the room was cleaned thoroughly the next day. Unfortunately, during our stay, the internet on the island was not working, so the wifi did not work, but that was def not the fault of the hotel.

Be aware, this hotel offers no flexibility when the ferries are unable to make the journey to the island and keeps your money despite plenty of warning and communication in the days leading up to the cancellations. Unfortunately on the day we were meant to visit Stromboli all of the major ferry companies cancelled our route due to "adverse weather conditions". The hotel showed no understanding of this situation and bluntly responded that we should "book a private ferry". The private ferry was not visible to me online (from our location anyway) and would also come at significant extra cost (we already had tickets with another company) not to mention that the sea conditions had been deemed unsafe by all of the major ferry companies. When discussing the refund options with the hotel they simply kept saying that "some private ferries were running from some of Aeolian islands". This may have been true, but as the islands are subject to isolated weather conditions some routes may have been possible but our journey was not. I was of course able to provide evidence of the ferry cancellations from our location via their websites. This was still not accepted by the hotel as valid reason not to travel. We could not have done any more to get to Stromboli and we are paying the full price for that. The hotel that we were staying at on the other island had guests in exactly the same situation and they did not charge their guests at all saying that "this is quite normal for the Aeolian islands". Very disappointed.

Nice pool and view to Stromboli, garden is beautiful. Breakfast is simple and rooms too. Not a regular 4* hotel but it is at Stromboli.

Noisy water block

Amazing place on an amazing island. We travelled to stromboli to climb the volcano. The staff were great and we checked in very early as our boat arrived early. Our room was ready for us and we enjoyed the pool in the afternoon.
