Kirkland è un'elegante "città sulla spiaggia" situata a 15 minuti a est del centro di Seattle sul lago Washington. Molti parchi, negozi, bistrot, caffetterie, gallerie d'arte, canottaggio, escursioni e molto altro. La nostra piccola cottaqe è un'ottima alternativa all'Heathman Hotel e al Woodmark Hotel che si trovano nelle vicinanze. Telecamera sul parcheggio per la sicurezza automatica degli ospiti. La finestra del soggiorno si affaccia sul patio e sul giardino privati. Tutti i nuovi armadi, illuminazione, ripiani in pietra calcarea, travertino - cabina doccia spa. Cucina completamente attrezzata, lenzuola / asciugamani di lusso, accappatoi spa, asciugacapelli, ferro arricciacapelli / ferro da stiro, ferro / asse da stiro, Wi-Fi GRATUITO, cavo completo, aria condizionata per il comfort estivo. Il patio coperto privato e il nuovo patio aggiuntivo in pietra per lastricare sono stati appena aggiunti per i nostri ospiti al di fuori del divertimento. The apartment is a jewel. It glows with warmth. It is the perfect place for one or two travelers. The bed was super comfy. The small fireplace gives off enough heat to warm the apartment. The neighborhood is quiet & friendly. We will definitely stay here again. The photos, the description, & the reviews are accurate. This a five star apartment.

Delightful Apartment!
We had a wonderful stay in Kirkland! The MIL was very charming and comfortable inside, and the outdoor area was amazing! We travel to Seattle several times a year and hope to be able to stay here again. Many thanks Jill and Rick!

Fun stay in Kirkland
We were very pleased with our stay in Kirkland. The property was very well maintained and in pristine condition. The entire MIL was so clean and comfortable. There were extra perks included that were thoughtful and appreciated.

This was the perfect home away from home while we visited our son in Seattle. When traveling, it is so nice to have a suitable sitting area to work and rest. The MIL is gorgeous, with top quality furnishings and amenities. The bathroom was spa-like, very luxurious, and we loved having the kitchenette for all its many uses. The bed was like sleeping on a clod, wonderful feather down!

Thank you for your hospitality
This place is so beautiful we didn't want to leave! Our reason for traveling to the area was to spend time with our kids and grandkids. We began each day warm and cozy with a great cup of coffee in a gorgeous setting. We filled our days with family and fun in Kirkland and retreated each evening to all the comforts of home. Both the MIL and Carriage House are impeccably kept with stunning decor. They are comfortable, warm, quiet and extremely clean. We always look forward to coming back.

Cute apartment in Kirkland
The apartment is fully furnished, kitchen is stocked with essentials and refreshments. Jill and Rick are like good neighbors. The backyard is beautiful with blooming flowers. Nice and quite sitting out there in the morning with a cup of coffee or tea (donuts will be a bonus). The bed is comfortable, bathroom is very nice and also stocked, good shampoo ( I am picky about shampoo). Thank you very much. We had a good time.

Charming retreat nestled in a beautiful neighborhood.
Very clean, very comfortable, beautiful grounds...the property exceeded our expectations and we had a great time. We look forward to staying again on a future trip.

Wonderful stay in Kirkland
Jill's place was just great. Nice secluded location in a great area of Kirkland. Close to everything. The back yard was awesome for sitting outside and visiting. The interior nicely done and lacked nothing. This was much more comfortable than hotel I've stayed in the area. Jill and her husband were very helpful and gracious hosts. I would definitely stay here again

This is a fabulous place!!
From the moment we arrived were amazed at the accommodations. Jill is a marvelous decorator; all of the rooms displayed her special touches and made us feel right at home. I could not have asked for a more comfortable bed to recover from my 30 hour jet lag traveling from Italy.
Jill and Rick were great hosts - they greeted us as we arrived, Rick was always checking in with us to see if we needed anything and then they both came by to say goodbye and wish us safe travels home.
Couldn't have been a more perfect way to spend 4 days in Kirkland. We hope to be back soon and will recommend their VRBO to everyone we know!!

The property is so cozy and comfortable. So many nice touches to make your stay a perfect experience. They were very accommodating and genuinely cared about making your stay relaxing. Very quite yet really quick to shops, restaurants & highway. We would absolutely stay again.

Comfortable, tasteful suite with deliciously fragrant bed linen.
The suite (and its lush surrounds) is exceptionally comfortable ...... and therefore inviting for an extended stay. It really felt like a home away from home. The hosts were charming, generous and accommodating. The location was perfect.
