Ventura Pierpont Bay è una pittoresca spiaggia dove è possibile rilassarsi e godersi il sole, le onde, le passeggiate, l'ottimo cibo, lo shopping e i tramonti mozzafiato!
La nostra bellezza da spiaggia a un piano ha una pianta aperta con pavimenti in pietra di travertino e soffitti asimmetrici con travi a vista. Il luminoso soggiorno con camino si apre sulla cucina progettata su misura con ripiani in granito e una gamma Wolf. La spaziosa camera familiare con divano letto queen-size vanta 2 set di porte-finestre che si aprono sul cortile appartato con il suo lussureggiante paesaggio tropicale, patio in pietra, tavolo da pranzo in legno di teak, barbecue e ampia doccia esterna a scomparsa (con acqua calda! ).
Master suite soleggiata con letto matrimoniale, lucernario, uno splendido bagno annesso e portefinestre che si aprono sul patio. La seconda camera da letto è accogliente con un comodo letto a castello e il proprio bagno annesso progettato con gusto.
Wifi, TV diretta, schermi piatti in ogni stanza, caminetto a gas nel soggiorno, cucina dello chef completamente fornita con cucina a gas Wolf, ed è fornita di lenzuola, asciugamani da bagno e da spiaggia, acqua potabile filtrata e acqua dolce. Inoltre, un box auto singolo con apriporta automatico ha una lavatrice e asciugatrice all'avanguardia.

This property was perfect for our family of 4! Enough room for us and our 2 “kids” ages 21 and 17 :) my son loved the outdoor shower!! Hot water!
So nice to let them walk to beach without us, literally less than a 2 minute walk! The house had everything we needed for beach…everything!! We used bikes too! So great to have everything in garage!! We walked to breakfast and dinner a few times! Thank you to our host Lisa who was easily reached and excellent communication!! Definitely recommend for a small family or couples trip!

The house was very well stocked and was great for our family vacation. We could walk to the beach within a few minutes and the garage was stocked with everything we needed. The beach was not crowded and there are a lot of restaurants close by. We will definitely come back.

We stayed in this beautiful home for several weeks in May and loved every minute! Lisa is a wonderful host and has thought of every detail to make guests feel right at home. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has all of the basic cooking essentials. The house is located on the prettiest of the Pierpont lanes :) and Starbucks&Vons are within walking distance. We hope to stay here again! Thank you, Lisa!

We had a fantastic stay in Lisa's lovely beach house. The house is adorable, perfectly located, and the patio is a beautiful place to have dinner. Perfect for exploring Ventura and the Channel Islands. Lisa is an extremely gracious host and went out of her way to make us all feel welcome and comfortable.

What an amazing property! It was lovely being a 2-minute walk from the beach for our daughter's 18th birthday. She was able to have some friends over, and the layout of the house was perfect for them to have space to eat tacos and hang out, while my husband and I had the den to relax and watch TV.
We loved having use of sand toys & bikes - We took the bikes out for a ride to the Pier for lunch one day, and the kids took buckets & shovels and boogie boards to the beach when they went to hang out.
Lisa was fantastic about keeping in touch and making sure everything was going smoothly. Thank you for a great getaway!

The home is beautiful - spacious, modern kitchen, gorgeous backyard, large living room and family room, comfy bedrooms and baths. The neighborhood is quiet and with friendly neighbors, and the home is a short walk from the beach (about 90 seconds just down the street). The owner left a lovely welcome basket of cheese, crackers, chocolates, and Martinelli's. There are lots of condiments in the fridge and many choices of Kpods for coffee every morning. There are many beach toys (wet suits, boogie boards, chairs, etc. ), and a number of bicycles if you feel like riding leisurely around the neighborhood. It is a wonderful place to relax, and Lisa (the owner) is very friendly, easy to reach by phone if needed, really thinks of so many ways to help the visitor have so many conveniences and settle right in. She has really done a wonderful job of creating a welcoming, beautiful space. We loved it and hope to return in the near future

We loved this home in Ventura. Clean and beautiful . So many great extras - snacks, wine and cheese, several coffee choices provided by the host. Tons of toys for the beach - enough boogie boards and wet suits for the whole family. The location is perfect- very short walk to the beach, restaurants, etc. Loved our long weekend!

We based our whole road trip from the UK to make sure we could revisit this gem of a property. I think my original review three years ago says it all. I was unsure if it would suit the kids with them being three years older (now 15 and 17) but on arrival they said ‘ahhh it’s like coming home’. The house has everything and the location is unbeatable. We went to the Social Tap for happy hour most days and would highly recommend.
Thanks Lisa for yet another fantastic stay. We didn’t want to leave. We will be back.

We had an amazing time at Lisa’s rental in Ventura. It was incredibly clean and well stocked. Our two boys (5 and 1) loved all the beach toys and the wagons made it super convenient to head to the beach each day. Not to mention, the location can’t be beat - not just in proximity to the beach and downtown Ventura restaurants, but also a short drive to Santa Barbara and Ojai, which we did as well.

The back patio space is quaint and relaxing. And the outdoor shower is wonderful with plenty of hot water. I can’t imagine a better appointed beach house with a relaxed and welcoming feel. We hope to return someday!

I had a great experience working with Lisa, the host. Lisa was very attentive, communicative, and clear. She reached out to me as soon as I booked this trip for my family and told me everything I needed to know about my stay. The home is lovely, bright, and perfectly nested in the Pierpont neighborhood of Ventura.

We went to Ventura for a memorial for my Aunt who passed away in 2020 at 90 years old! Lisa’s home was beautiful. Nothing was missed and was a wonderful sanctuary after activities of the day. We brought my 87 year old mother and she really enjoyed it. Being 2 blocks from the beach was spectacular. Not having to run out and buy coffee and cream made it so much easier. Thank you Lisa.

Lovely and immaculate cottage only a short walk from the beach. Lisa was very communicative and welcoming. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect Ventura location
Perfect house for our family of four -- in walking distance to taco shop, coffee shop, brewery/restaurants, grocery store, etc. Everything was provided that we could possibly need for the beach (beach chairs, umbrellas, body boards, wetsuits, towels, etc.) plus we all loved the outdoor shower!!! House is in perfect condition and Lisa is the ultimate host, anticipating every need. We will definitely stay here again.
