Объект размещения отказался заселять. Я весь день просил выслать пароли, отвечали каждый раз с задержкой часа в два и ссылались на booking, com. Booking по телефону вообще не отвечал. Пришлось ночевать в аэропорту. Абсолютно наплевательское отношения к гостям. Требую вернуть деньги

The room was clean which was nice. Also, there was a spare cot bed in addition to the queen that would have been great if I was traveling with more than just myself. Also, the bus stop is directly outside which is nice, but be sure to buy your bus ticket at the airport or station in Rome, otherwise it's very hard to track down a convenient place to buy one. The locals in the town were great, that has nothing to do with the hotel though! As a single person the room did not meet expectations. It would maybe be passable for 3 college age kids looking to share a queen bed and have someone on the cot. If they split the cost it would be an okay deal on a private room, but even still, that is under the assumption they were staying one night and were only using the space to shower, sleep, and leave.

My stay was one of the worst hotel stays I can recall having in my lifetime. I documented the issues during my stay and they are as follows. - the ac/fan did not work in the room at all. - The communication with staff was very poor. Not due to a language barrier but do to their response time and complete disinterest in assistance. There is no one on site at all. - The wifi did not work during my two night stay. I addressed this over text with the staff nothing was done and it took them 8+ hours to respond which was them asking if the wifi worked at that point in time. It didn't. - The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and the sheets were like sandpaper. Just a top sheet and some table cloth like blanket. - There was no soap in the shower dispenser. - They only had 1 half of a toilet paper roll in the room. - The toilet seat was broken to the point that you had to push it back into position to sit on it. - The hotel is very hard to find, the door to the hotel looks more like an atm or advertisement on a wall. Staff's direction was slightly helpful but not by much. - They were doing construction on the stairs that lead to the rooms when I arrived for check in. I had to crawl up the last 5 stairs to make it under their ad hoc bridge. - The balcony they say they have is shared between multiple rooms and is really just an unfinished roof top with plastic chairs. My door to that balcony was unable to be locked. I am a 31 year old larger man and it was unsafe. - The staff requested me to leave an extra 4 Euro when I left for "tax purposes" The town was pretty much only attainable by bus which was semi convenient until the evening when buses were hourly. Taxis and ubers were very expensive to get to the nearest train station (airport). The town itself was fine, if you're familiar with harbor towns it's the Italian version of that.

I liked that it was close to the airport. Once inside the complex, it was easy to get inside my room. There is a mix box which you will get an individual code to grab tori keys and enter your room. The communications with the hotel was good. All via WhatsApp which is helpful when traveling, they also helped me arrange a cab to come pick me up at 4:30am to get to the airport which I was very thankful for.

I mean it’s cute, and vintage, but It does need some upgrading. Particularly the beds; mine was extremely uncomfortable and old. It didn’t even fit the box spring so it would concave in the center which wasn’t very comfortable. There was a lot of dust in the hallways, a lot, which lead me to feel like they are renovating which is great! Because I think it’s in a prime location, and has some nice restaurants and is a 8min drive to airport. They just need to step on the renovations and update the beds at least. Especially if you’re traveling and have a quick layover, all you want to do is good a decent amount of rest. It was also a little tricky to find once I got out of the cab. The signage is very small, and easy to miss like I did, and walked around for 20min trying to locate.

Absolutely nothing that was promised in the descpription in the booking site was right. The descprition claimed there would be a wiew over the river or the sea. There was only one very small window with no wiew at all. It was also written there would be a balkony, a bathroom, air-condition. Nothing was true. The aircondition was a fan in a corner and there was no bathroom. A scam

Good location, Room was clean. The cleaning cleaning lady was very helpful.

Facility is under renovation. No clear direction for access specially during late hours perspective. A video would have been a big help.

not so modern, beds are not comfortable but it's okay to sleep over one or two nights.

The room was enormous and the location with a lot of nice places besides to the hotel.

The shower wasn't that good.

- Room was cold, and no light in bathroom. We need wait till morning to take shower, bed was not the best. + Big room, big bathroom, close to center, not bad price

there was no electricity and it was very cold in this time of the year. they had cut off the electricity.

Great location, great view.

There was a hole in our window so it was very cold in our room. Non working bathroom lights, had to use flashlights. Weren’t able to take a bath because only a trickle of water came out of the bath faucet. Difficulty communicating with staff. Good enough for a quick stay if you need a roof and no bath, and if you have warm pajamas and extra blankets.

Checkin was smooth and didnt require staff to be physically there. Room was comfortable enough and any needed amenities were available. Relatively easy to walk to from the airport

Room was slightly chilly at night, couldnt really get the air conditioning to work at higher temps, but its ok Its not a dorm so no possibility to store luggage before or after stay, so just keep that in mind. It doesnt have any onsite staff or reception and check in relies on messaging. Otherwise, quite good.
