The place was fantastic - definetely above my expectations. The room was nice, clean and enough on size. Big parking inside the complex, nice swimming pool. The staff was polite and answered all the questions we had.

Well equipped kitchen, washing machine, comfortable stay, we appreciated the breakfast basket provided on our first day. Easy to get into Florence from here, with the local bus.

Nice pool with plenty of Tuscan sun. Bed was super comfy in Room 1.

A rare gem among the appartements I stayed in. beautiful rooms, very clean, nice private terrace and lots of outdoor room to eat or have a drink. Very close to the bus to Florence. All in all gorgeous place.

The location is excellent. You are able to walk down into the villaige, where there is a supermarket and two restaurants. The apartment was excellent with far reaching views over the surrounding countyside and villiage. The kitchen is excellent with every utensil/all pans & crockery. It has a good sized oven, small freezer and dishwasher. The bathroom was excellent. There is a TV in the living area and the bedroom. We had the added bonus of a lovely patio (Apartment 2). The security is first class. The parking is great and the pool was lovely. We took the bus into Florance ($1.50 each way) in approximately 25 minutes. You couldn't wish for a better place.

The pool is OK. The room is in a satisfactory condition and standard. The air conditioning in the room works properly. Internet connects well.
1. The room was supposed to be ready at 2 p.m. We were on time and unfortunately we had to wait with our luggage in the sun for another 1 hour and 30 minutes. After paying attention, I received a message that if I don't like it, I can find another place.
2. The weakest link in this place is the owner or manager. He is a very greedy man. I did not expect that I would have to pay 150 euros for my 2-year-old daughter. Especially since our daughter slept with us in 1 bed and we had no additional wishes. This has never happened to me before. I do not recommend dealing with this man.
3. The town is not pretty. Nothing special.

A nice, quiet location outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown Florence. Very comfortable apartment! Most importantly it’s on a bus route to take you into Florence.

It was very cozy and warm. Very convenient to commute to the center of Florence (terminus of bus 37).

Nice room, fully equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi good. Parking on site. Quiet place. Grocery store within walking distance. 30 minutes from the center of Florence. There is a laundry.
The hotel is impossible to find. Google leads to the foot of the mountain where the hotel is located. Check-in to the mountain for half a kilometer, there are no signs. The phone stopped answering at 17-20. Although it is written that the reception is open until six. It's dark, you can't see anything and there's no one to ask.

Lovely apartment with nice views and great air conditioning. Well equipped and perfectly clean. Location great for day trips to Florence - no. 37 bus brilliant. Fabulous pool and loved the allocated poolside loungers, although the umbrellas could have been a bit larger to provide more shade. Staff were very helpful and accommodated our unexpected early arrival.
The local town Tavarnuzza doesn’t offer much apart from a decent Coop supermarket and a small roadside bar. There was a basic pizzeria and possibly one other small restaurant, but not much more than that.

We loved the quietness of the place and the cleaning. The apartment was very comfortable and we had every appliances and services we needed. The communication witn the owner was quick and easy.

We needed a bus to reach Florence and it was 45 min.

The staff was very nice and fast responsive to messages. The place was great, with everything you need (towels, towels for the pool, kitchen utensils, etc). They also have us a "book" with tips of where to eat and what to do. We used the bus (number 37) every day, just 3/5 minutes away and it takes 25/30 minutes to the center. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back.

I had a great time. The view was beautiful and the room was spacious. The good facilities were nice and it was only about 20 minutes by bus into the city of Florence.

Excellent location with the last bus stop of bus 37 nearby. Splendid views, very nice swimming pool, you feel like in a village, but with a bus you are in 25 minutes in the heart of Florence.

We really liked the mix of modern and new furniture and the traditional Italien look and feel of the aparments.
The pool area is fantastic and everything is very clean ☺️👍🏻
Also the staff was super friendly and helped us, whenever we had a request .

It was very clean - Even the keys were desinfected.

There were two (!) showers with really big shower heads in our bathroom, loved it :D The appartment is clean and big. We even had a walk in closet. The accommodation was located in a quiet area and had a great view. The parking place was secured so that was nice. We had our own beds at the swimming pool (they reserved them for each appartment) and the pool itself was clean. The staff was friendly too, their dog was really sweet!
No curtains at the bathroom window. We used our towel to cover it.

The apartment we stayed in had two floors, connected with a circular stair. This was not communicated beforehand and very annoying with young children. Moreover, the apartment was not clean

It should tell you that for disabled persons some rooms are not suitable.
