El hotel es increíble. Su situación es perfecta en plena plaza de Wenceslao, cerca de todo lo que és importante. Las habitaciones son modernas y perfectamente equipadas, con unas camas muy cómodas y muy espaciosas. El hotel está muy nuevo y tiene unos servicios excepcionales. Tiene una terraza en la azotea donde tomarte algo con unas vistas excepcionales y por la noche tiene un bar de copas muy animado y con DJ. El desayuno es de lo mejor que he probado, variado, de calidad y perfectamente presentado, increíble. El personal es muy atento, amable y pendiente que estés a gusto. En definitiva uno de los mejores hoteles en los que he estado y si vuelvo a Praga seguro que repetiré.

Hyvä aamupala tosin joka aamu sama. Sijainti loistava. Huone siisti.

Muurahaisia huoneessa. Seinät kuin paperia. Kaikki kuuluu naapuri huoneesta.

Top Service, Marketa von der Rezeption war super engagiert. Alle anderen Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und es konnten auch kurzfristige Lösungen für kleine Probleme gefunden werden.

La.posizione è eccezionale

Le camere sono strettissime, e nell'hotel si sente sempre dal mattino alla sera una sgradevole puzza di cibo. Il personale non è stato simpaticissimo

Der Lift war eigentlich durchgängig besetzt, und das hauptsächlich durch das Reinigungspersonal. Toilettengeruch in Erdgeschoss, alles nähe Restaurant.

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement de l'hôtel et amabilité du personnel

Nous n'avons pas apprécié que 2 ascenseurs sur 3 étaient en panne (chambre au 7ème). Du bruit toute la journée en raison des travaux (y compris cela résonnait au 7ème). Le ménage de la chambre n'a pas été fait lors du séjour (3 nuits)

La ubicación es perfecta con muchos sitios de restauración cerca y el desayuno muy variado y completo

En la séptima planta en la que estábamos, la presión del agua en las duchas por la mañana no eranla adecuada y no se hacía cómoda la duche. También entraba mucha luz por la mañana. Las cortinas no tapaban lo suficiente.

Situated in the heart of the town. Nice and very comfortable rooms with excellent bed and pillows. Bathroom is OK as well. We had a bathtub in our room which we didn't use this time but will surely use it next time. The best part would have to be breakfast as it is good. So many different and tasteful foods. My favorite was bacon (best I ever had in a hotel) and pancakes.

Nothing really. Parking is not the easiest as it is in the center. So finding a space can be a bit stressful. I advise to reserve a parking in a nearby parking house or just ask the hotel in advance - for their help.

L'hôtel est très agréable, il possède une décoration soignée ! Il est propre et très calme, le petit déjeuner est excellent et copieux !

De badkamer kan niet goed afgesloten worden. En de hele badkamer is van glas. Ook het douchen is niet optimaal. De hele badkamer/ vissenkom wordt nat. Kortom niet ideaal als je een romantisch weekendje weg wil.

The location is great! The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was good.

The bathroom had glass walls and was right in the room. Although there was a curtain we still felt exposed. We were given a coupon for a free drink and a free dish at their restaurant which was a rip off. The menu consists only of tapas but they charge as much as a next door restaurant for a main course.

Comfortable and really clean!

Location was very nice. Our room had a 2 level structure and when requested to change the room due to safety concerns regarding the baby they did so.

Seating capacity at the Breakfast Restaurant was poor for a family of 4 with a baby. No-one cared to arrange seating and was asked to find our own seating wherever available.
