In a nice quiet neighborhood of Tulum, with a cool pool. Big rooms and shower, nice balcony over the pool

Not a critic... It is off center, so about 10 minute drive to center it hotel/restaurants zone

This is a comfortable and relaxing apartment which is well equipped. The building is in a new development with the beginnings of amenities which are not that near. The larger area is extremely busy with traffic and dust and new building work. There are traffic jams to get to the supermarket. The beach area, which requires a drive or cycle ride or long walk is very crowded.

Great place! Safe and beautiful apartment. Big and nice swimming pool. Good security. We used the bicycles which we got from the place.

It was a very spacious apartment it was decorated beautifully. It offered many extra amenities such bikes, coolers, sunscreen, cooking utensils, and pool floaties. The pool is remarkable and the staff are wildly professional.

The only negative is that it located fairly distant from the beach and town.

I loved the balcony and the pool.

We didn’t see any info about the bikes once we got there. But I know we could have texted! We ended up just taking taxis.
