Very good location if you want go to Zamna or other locations and not pay fortune to taxis. Near buss station ADO and near collectivo stop.

We were very pleased with our stay here. The location was great for exploring the center and catching the collectivo to get to the beach and visit cenotes. The restaurant downstairs was delicious and super convenient for breakfasts before early morning excursions. Special mention for Emilio who was extremely friendly and helpful in giving advice for the best things to do/see in tulum.

The hotel is at a very good location, near colectivo station for many attractions. Very clean and comfortable room. Emilio at the reception was very helpful, he gave us amazing tips for food and sightseeing! Highly recommended!

Location, rooftop pool!

There was no water or coffee available for guests. There was a strange smell in the room the whole time, seemed liked smoke. You have to give a deposit when checking in, like your passport or drivers licence and they keep it for the duration of the stay. I haven't had to do this anywhere else on my travels the past month! Not sure why they couldn't photocopy the ID instead.

Nice clean and spacious room, cleaned daily. Really nice pool/rooftop area with loads of space to chill with a few drinks. Great shower! Close to some really nice restaurants and only a couple of minutes walk from the main bus station.
