La beauté de l’hôtel et de la chambre avec piscine privée . Assez en retrait donc ne pas hésiter à louer un scooter ou vélo .

Le personnel froid 🥶, pas un bonjour ni un sourire. Assez culotté malgré cela de poser un pot réclamant des tips dans la chambre ! On ne s’est pas senti à l’aise et on ne reviendra pas.

Un séjour parfait ! La piscine privée et l'appartement spacieux avec vue sur la piscine étaient superbes. Le calme était très appréciable.

We didn't have water during all day and part of the next morning. We informed the staff and they didn't offer any solution neither compensation.

Lokalizacja niby na uboczu ale w świetnej dzielnicy. Na terenie obiektu jest ogólnodostępna siłownia (❤️) basen jest czysty, jest sporo miejsca do odpoczynku (leżaki, hamaki) - przestrzenie wspólne są ładne i zadbane, BARDZO POLECAM

Wszystko było super

It’s a very spacious appartement, which was perfect for our family. The swimming pool was daily cleaned and has a baby/toddler section (which we didn’t use as the main pool was warmer). I also enjoyed the fitness.

It’s a bit far from Tulum Centre, but two blocks further there’s a street that has some nice shops/restaurants. The sound of closing the appartement doors is extremely loud. We frequently heart noice of other people entering their apartments.

El hotel es mas como un condominio de departamentos que renta tipo Airbnb, la habitación muy amplia una sola recamara, baño, cocineta, sala y un balcón, lugar muy limpio y cómodo, las areas comunes amplias y verdes, las albercas muy a gusto para disfrutar tu estancia.

Se tiene que mejorar la ubicación de Maps esta fuera por media calle lo que te lleva a otro condominio similar creando una confusión del alojamiento, la respuesta a la entrega de la facturación es muy deficiente casi una semana para esta, la lectura del reglamento del SAT lo deberían de hacer y no solo guiarse por lo que les dice un contador que por flojera no lo hace en su momento.

It is a gorgeous facility equipped with a gym and swimming pools, everything seems to be very well maintained

I was nervous before going in because of bad reviews after i booked (no changes to the dates or refunds allowed) but all in all it is a very affordable and staff were absolutely fantastic and accommodating. I have zero regrets about staying here. Make sure to ask staff to oil up the bike chains if you’re renting one as they are quite rusty.

Muy amables

The big spacious “room” was amazing. very comfortable and a lot of space in the apartment to relax. the pool and garden is great, it feels like a jungle! Also the breakfast was excellent. Also around the corner is a cute street with lots of restaurants, kind of an upcoming neighborhood. we liked staying here more than in the down town area where it’s very touristic.

Que el restaurante estuviera cerrado

Wunderschöne Anlagen mit sehr komfortablen Wohnungen. Die Junior Suite war sehr groß und hatte eine Küche, Kühlschrank, großes Sofa usw…. Uns hat es nur an einem Salzstreuer gefehlt 😀 Fahrräder konnten unkompliziert geliehen werden. Sehr großer Pool.

Die Bar hatte zu dieser Zeit nicht geöffnet. Etwas Außerhalb vom Zentrum, für Bachpacker eher nicht zu empfehlen. Als wir dort waren war sehr wenig los trotzdem gab es nicht wirklich viele Liegemöglichkeiten am Pool.

- Nice hotel with nice surrounding restaurants. - Spacious room with everything required. We brought our baby along and found this very convenient.

- We specifically booked the hotel as it has a restaurant close by the rooms. This was useful as we could leave our 1 year old to sleep and be not very far away when having dinner. Upon arrival, the hotel announced the restaurant was closed (even though this was explicitly listed on the booking as a facility). There was no prior mentioning of this to us in writing. Luckily, there were decent restaurants in the surrounding area, yet I do believe the hotel should have informed us on this ahead of time (noting that leaving with a baby in the evening is a lot less convenient). - Pool rather cold, children’s pool even colder and not useable for a small child, that was a pity. - Lots of construction in the surrounding area, but not disturbing when in the hotel.

It is a modern building, with a nice vibe and access to pools and green areas. Breakfast is great with lots of options and friendly service there. The room was spacious and bed is comfortable.

Check in: you have to sign a separate policy with the hotel and basically you are at their mercy if anything goes wrong. You need a 200 dollars deposit or passport until you leave. We also witnessed a couple checking out and they brought down their slightly stained sheet and they have to pay ~22 EUR for the cleaning. “the stain looked like something that would come out in normal laundry” Room: had no bottled water put in, there was only a tiny tube of conditioner. No hand soap shower gel or shampoo. There was bunch of hair in the shower and in the terrace. Overal: it could be a nice place if was run buy a less cheap management that is not banking on scamming tourists. We practically did not dare to use anything to avoid risking extra charges

El hotel es precioso y la piscina tambien, se esta muy agusto. El desayuno espectaculas, hacen las tortillas alli mismo al momento y el cocinero hace un pan de nueces y de otras cosas riquisimo

Todo perfecto. Se necesita coche para todo para moverse por Tulum al no estar cerca de la playa

It is a little far from town so I think they should invest in some bikes for guests.

Outside of hotel was just disaster

Friendly staff, smaller place so really personalized service, very private, great for couples and families that want to keep it low key. Location was close to the city, but the hotel is located in a dark area, tough for people who have a hard time driving in dark areas in new places. Breakfast was made to your order, overall good stay. First time in Tulum and had a good experience. They surprised my wife for her birthday with some nice towel decorations in the room, great surprise, the staff was the best part of the stay.

Location could be tough for people who are not use to driving in new places, so taxi might be better for those individuals. Maybe a larger snack and drink store for those who want to buy something and not leave the hotel.

The facilities were amazingly beautiful, and the stuff very nice and helpful. Very friendly and polite!The general ambience was relaxed, perfect for a chilling couple of days. we were able to relax in a neat, clean and very big room. Also, breakfast is awesome!

We loved Ruben , He was a great host . Made us feel welcomed from the very start. We came for our honeymoon & to celebrate our birthdays as well . Perfect location , affordable & very clean . The staff were super friendly. Our next time in Tulum will be spent here . Can someone please let me know where I can purchase the oil diffuser that is in the rooms it’s smells so good and I would like to have that smell in my home

This is the best hotel in tulum. Don’t believe me? Go and see for yourself. Everyone who I brought over.. literal jaws on the floor. I had the penthouse suite with a private pool and the only downside to it is you will never use the two public pools ;( yours is too good! The breakfast was AMAZING! You can ask the women to make anything and they will. Quesadillas, omelette, sunny side up, breakfast burrito… just show them a pic (if u don’t speak Spanish) and they will EXCEED UR EXPECTATIONS!! Ruben is such a sweetheart ughhh and the cat FiFi is toooo cute always following him around. All the staff were so helpful, helping me set up massage appointments to non-English speaking masseuse’s, calling my taxis and much more! And they never made me feel like a burden. The hotel has bikes and mopeds for rent. The room is like a full on apartment. They have pots and pans and blenders and everything you need! I love how they give you 2 free waters… my housekeeper was the sweetest lil thing! She is like a mother so charming and cute! Ugh from start to finish hotel panacea never disappointed me. This hotel is blessed and only the best and the brightest customers come there. The gym is so nice compared to every other gym in tulum I’ve been to lol. So many weights and Pilates/yoga equipment. There is nothing bad about this place except that it doesn’t have a hot tub but who needs a hot tub in Mexico?? It’s hot enough lmao. Also the pool boys clean the pool Multiple times a day! Unheard of! Evern my private pool was cleaned daily! They are so efficient and intentive to every little detail. Everyone is always smiling. The staff and guest are definitely happy to be there. I love I love I loveeee. Also the Wi-Fi is so fast and great . Netflix doesn’t lag which is SO nice. If you have a problem with the tv just go to menu, click the world icon and just keep clicking ok. The smart hub will work after a while.

The hotel was too perfect. I’m not sure it’s real… ;)
