Great location within easy walking distance of station (frequent trains to Nottingham). Clean, comfortable rooms.

No communal areas, no lounge, no breakfast. Not really a hotel, more a group of rented rooms.

The shower was very spacious. Lots of storage space. Free parking

The location was great. Easy walking distance of Beeston with shops, supermarket, restaurants and pubs. Room was comfortable, bed very comfortable. Shower hot, although a little small.

No cutlery or pots for food. Bought some paper bowls and some plastic cutlery. Car park a little tight, although no problem if only 1 or 2 cars in car park. Easier to reverse in from road. Booking.com did say it had a city view - not a problem, but from room 1, it was only a view of the car park / front of propery

Guest house manager was very nice. Good bathroom. I love merged tap in a sink.

Room was small but I was on some budget, so that was the compromise. Charging phones socket not by night stand.
