The location was good

From the minute we reached Venice, we encountered problems with the property management (PM) Silva! They were not there to greet us at the location that was provided by Booking.Com through an email message. The PM decided that we needed to meet her elsewhere without even taking into consideration that we had heavy luggage that needed to be lifted over several steps to reach the property. Silva’s review of the property rules and instructions was very vague, and she was in a great hurry to leave. She instructed us to take the garbage out by standing outside of the house gate every day by 10:00 a.m. Which was false. We were fortunate to have meet one of the neighbors that explained to us the city requirements for the pickup days and location. There was also a scheduled power outage for one day from 8:30am to 12:00 noon, that PM overlooked to mentioned to us. When we requested assistance with this power outage, the response was it was out of there control. Not once did they admit that this was a planned outage and they forgot to mention it to us! It was just great losing power in the middle of taking a shower!! There were also issues with the Wi-Fi or the “lack of” it that was not addressed by the PM until the night before we were to check out. We were stuck in an apartment with minimal or NO Wi-Fi for 5 nights and no TV! Why didn’t they have a TV installed?? When we asked this question, the response was everyone has a laptop. Well, how the heck are you supposed to watch the laptop without Wi-Fi????

Apartment was stunning. Very clean and an awesome location. Plenty of room for 6 adults.

The decor, the size of the rooms, the location, the staff were helpful.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and the amenities were excellent. The size 9f the rooms was ample. Wished we could stay longer.
