the property was modern, clean and well maintained! Our host recommended so many good places to visit and eat! Our host also got some local Sicilian treats! It was a really good stay only 10 minute walk to a very popular area with shops!

We really enjoyed our stay at Alessio's hostel. He is a great host who was very helpful and prepared a nice breakfast for us. The room was very clean and comfortable. The B&B is located very close to the main pedestrian street with lots of restaurants, bars and sights to visit.

We stayed here just for the day as we had a late night flight. Alessio was very accommodating and let us check in early and upgraded us as it was a quiet time, he kept in touch with us via whats app as there are no staff at the property. The bnb is a grand old appartment split into 4 rooms more like an airbnb with a room for breakfast but nicely done and private. We had travelled all around Sicily and stayed in various types of accommodation but to come back to Palermo and see a different part was fantastic. Its not immediately in the Old Town but it is located in the hub of local activity which i personally loved and its only a short walk to the historical sights. The room was very clean with thoughtful touches. I wouldn't hesitate to reccommend this place for an alternative to a traditional hotel and the price is very good!

The mattress is ready for changing as the springs were beginning to come through. We couldn't get the wifi connection to work.

B&B Kalatfimi was all but the best thing about Palermo. The beautifull building it is located in is already a striking fist impression. Our Host, Alessio, really went out of his way to make our time in town the best possible experience. We got maps, food recommendations and about all the travel advise one could handle. We got a clean and gorgeous room with air conditioning, spacious bathroom and a very comfy bed. Also a great kitchen with free coffe, tea and snacks to our disposal. Add the very affordable price and the good location and you got yourself the perfect vantage point for your Sicily experience.

Nothing really. Maybe don't expect to much of the breakfast. Still, it is made with love and care as everything about the place.
