Homely, Nicely furnished

HOST: Carlo is a very kind and helpful person. He doesn't speak English very well. But this is not a big problem! On the first day, he put a lot of food in the refrigerator and in the kitchen. Check out what Carlo brought before you shop at the grocery store! That way, you don't get anything extra. unfortunately i did :) I also want to add: He is really serious about cleaning! LOCATION: The location of the house is good. Especially good for bus users. Alghero central bus station (Alghero Via Catalogna) is just a 5-minute walk away. You can buy bus tickets from the shop very near the station. (Tabacchi Minichino - Via Vittorio Emanuele, 4) The gentleman in the shop speaks english. But when I bought the ticket, I wrote the route and showed it. The ticket price depends on the distance you travel. Don't forget to buy your return ticket!!! The distance to the historical city center is again 6-7 minutes. KITCHEN: there are tables and chairs, coffee machine, refrigerator, oven, gas stove, aircondition, dinnerware and dozens of pots :) BEDROOM: A large bed, a wardrobe and aircondition! LIVING ROOM: A sofa that turns into a bed, TV and aircondition! BATHROOM: Shower, toilet, bidet, washing machine. (Don't forget to buy detergent for the washing machine!)

UNUSED AND OLD ITEMS: There are so many unused items in the house! For example, I don't know who will use all the pots in the kitchen :) I told this to Carlo. There was a desk calendar on the stand. The date of the calendar was 2019! I threw this calendar away. Carlo sorry for that :) The wooden table on the balcony is almost to die for. Carlo, please change the table! We carried the sun umbrella standing behind the door with us for hours. A surprise awaited us when we opened it on the beach! Umbrella wires were broken! But probably this umbrella belonged to a guest. NOISY WINDOWS: Every time you open the door or window, there is a noise. Because the windows are not fixed with putty. Maybe that's the system in Alghero. After opening the entrance door of the apartment, do not let go of the door handle immediately! Otherwise, you can cause a great noise :) Especially in the nights...

Excellent location close to city centre. Apartment well equipped by practical things (not only) in the kitchen and bathroom and a few extras in the fridge. Carlo was very helpful.

Carlo is a fantastic host. We were welcomed with toast, biscuits, milk, water, jam, butter and fruit, which was really thoughtful by Carlo. The apartment has its authentic impression. High ceilings, spacious rooms, two terraces in the building with an elevator, a few minutes walk from the city center and old town. Parking in the street easy to find. The apartment has everything you need (salt, pepper, oil, tea, lots of crockery, cute cups for wonderful Italian coffee, a coffee machine and more for everyday use). We really felt like we were on our own home. Since we had an afternoon flight, Carlo allowed us to check out a little later. Accommodation and host really for every recommendation and cooperation. If we fly again in Sardinia, we will definitely stay again with Carlo. Best greetings and a kiss for Carlo Learn to pronounce
