It was very good. We explored the island with a car from this base. The landlady was caring had very good suggestions. We could relax by the pool and on the private terrace. We had all we needed. The complex has beautiful plants.

The apartment was exactly as pictured…modern, clean and well decorated. The grounds around the complex were beautiful and well presented and the pool was spotless and lovely.
Communication between us and the owner was great with lots of helpful information. Would definitely recommend.

Well equipped and clean apartment on a lovely complex which is well maintained and secure.
Anthea kept in regular contact and resolved most of the issues.
Only concern was that the lock on the patio door on the right hand side was not working and although reported on our first day was not repaired during our stay and this was a concern for us to leave our money and travel documents in the apartment.

A wonderful 10 days in property. Anthea was extremely helpful with a couple of problems and they were resolved very quickly. Would definately recommend this apartment. The bonus was the private solarium.

Très bel appartement, cadre agréable.
Très bon séjour dans cet appartement, extrêmement bien équipé et confortable. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires. La résidence est superbe, très bien paysagée, cadre assez enchanteur, la piscine immense, un bassin à tortues qui ravie les enfants ( les alentours directs pas très beaux cependant ). Le roof top est un vrai plus très agréable. ( compense le vis à vis de la terrasse)

Nothing but good things to say about this superb property. Well equipped and furnished, clean and well located in a very nice complex. The rooftop terrace was a favourite place to spend time!!! Great pools. All sorts of restaurants, grocery stores and amenities within walking distance. Stay was made even better by my wonderful hosts Anthea and Paolo, who went above and beyond to make this a truly memorable first visit to Tenerife 💕... Next door neighbours Joe and Andrea (and Terry and Anne) were also a great source of local knowledge and advice... Thank you to all ... If I return to Tenerife, I know where I want to go... LOL

This is a fabulous apartment in a lovely quiet complex made even better with the private roof terrace. Paolo was very easy and friendly to deal with and both he and Andrea very accomodating. We would certainly return here and have no issue recommending Paolo's apartment

Clean, modern, wonderful rooftop
We stayed in this apartment as a family of four including 2 adults and 2 children of 11 and 14 years. We liked the apartement and the complex a lot. There were mainly older and very quiet people. The apartment was absolutely clean and well furnished. The rooftop terrace is a highlight. The shared pool is very big and also great for little children. We'd stay there again.

It gets the sun from late morning for the rest of the day. The sun terrace is wonderful. It is private and gets tge sun from sun up until sundown. We spent a lot of time on here. The complex is outstanding, very clean and the pool is beautiful. The owner, Paolo, met us on arrival and showed us round. The village itself is very quiet but has some superb restaurants and bars only a short walk from the apartment, as are a number of supermarkets. The surrounding scenery is truly stunnung, having a rugged coastline. Easy access poibts down ti tge ocean and plenty of places to snorkel, and we did. We go to Tenerife twice a year and would say this has been the best place we have stayed yet. Would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quiet, relaxing stay. We will most definitely be back. Wunderbares Apartment und sehr herzliche Gastgeber
Wir haben unseren Urlaub (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kids) sehr genossen.
Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, komfortabel, sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt! Es fehlt an nichts - eine wunderbare Dachterrasse inkl. Liegen und Sonnenschirm, die grüne und ruhige Anlage mit tollem großen Pool, schöne Schattenplätze, auch sehr schöne Sonnenliegen am Pool - einfach sehr zu empfehlen. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig, gepflegt und grün. Es wohnen dort eher ältere Menschen, aber sie haben sich über unsere Kinder gefreut.
Anthea und Paolo sind sehr, sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, hatten für den Start eine super Grundausstattung in der Wohnung plus eine Flasche Wein und Bier. Sie standen uns immer mit Tipps zur Verfügung und waren über den WhatsAppChat immer direkt erreichbar.
Die gesamt Abwicklung inkl. Erstattung der Kaution lief einwandfrei.

Es war wundervoll
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben ausgestattet. Sehr sauer, alles vorhanden und die Betten haben sehr gute Matratzen. Der große Pool ist zwar leider sehr kalt (im Winter) aber der kleiner ist beheizt. Die Anlage ist sehr sauer und ruhig. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und würden diese Wohnung wieder anmieten. Die Dachterrasse
ist super und man hat einen sehr schönen Ausblick. Flugzeuge die drüber fliegen sind nicht sehr laut, also nicht störend. In der Umgebung gibt es Supermärkte, Bank, Restaurant und einen kleinen Hafen. Alles was man braucht. Die Vermieter (Anthea und Paolo) sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Liebe Grüße an Sie und hoffentlich sehen wir sie wieder.

Recommended place to stay
Nice apartment with everything you need for vacay. In perfect location close to beautiful Amarilla rocky beach. Apartment has nice balcony and terrace. Pretty close to main highway, easy to reach all attractions, if you are with a car, which also easy to handle in terms of parking places nearby. Paolo and Anthea were pretty responsive during the stay and gave a lot of tips about surroundings. Check-in / Check-out was smooth, flexible and easy. Recommended place to stay.

Amazing stay
The apartment is just as described, modern, stylish and comfortable. The roof terrace is fantastic - private and a great space to hang out and enjoy the sun and mountain views. The complex is very peaceful - quiet, well-kept and the main pool is massive so you can have a good swim. It's not cold in September either as you can acclimatise in the heated pool first. A nice selection of restaurants nearby, good seafood at the harbour and easy to get the bus into Los Cristianos / Plays design Americas for more choice. Highly recommended for a relaxing break.

Beautiful apartment
Bequtiful apartment Very clean and had all the essentials. Loved the shower and the roof top solarium. Paolo and anthea are on hand if there are any problems or just want to know about the area. The complex is very secure and nice and quiet in the evening times. Plenty of bars restaurants and shops in the area. Gallates just a short walk to harbour and beaches, which is bursting with shops and bistros. The Bus service very easy to use to get further afield and very cheap. We paid €2 to get to costa adeje. We will be back in the future was a lovely break before baby is born. Thank you for having us 😀�

The pictures and discription are very accurate.
I stayed at the apartment with my two children in August, the apartment was plenty big enough with all the things you need to make your stay pleasant, the dishwasher was great. Anthea and Paolo where very helpful and awnsered question ask giving good advice on were to eat with clear directions.
I would without hesitation recommend the apartment, The only thing I would say is you would need a car to get out and about and see the sites and beaches, whilst there are some places to eat within walking distance I found i had to drive to most.

Good holiday
The apartement was excellent and the complex very nice and quiet. Paolo the owner is the best, fun to talk to and wants to have everything perfect for you, It would be a pleasure to stay in his apartment again.

Comfortable and well equipped apartment in lovely location
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and well equipped apartment. The complex is quiet and well maintained and we found the other residents and holidaymakers very friendly. The pool provided a lovely place to swim and there were always free sunbeds.
There are shops nearby, plus some good restaurants (Totem and La Penca Tinta, our favourite). Las Galletas is an easy walk away, and we really enjoyed visiting El Medano by bus.
Anthea and Paolo were always very prompt in replying to queries and we had no problems at all. Paolo ran our airport transfers very efficiently and was a welcome sight when arriving after midnight following a nightmare 10.5 hour flight out from Gatwick - thanks EasyJet!
We will definitely consider staying here again should we return to Tenerife.

Clean apartment and complex but disappointing area
The complex was clean and quiet, the apartment was also very clean and acceptably appointed. Had there been 6 people the comfortable seating would not have been suitable. We were disappointed as we had reserved a 6 berth apartment for two of us and when I told the owner our daughter and grandaughter were joining us for 5 nights we had to pay an extra £120.00
The owners were helpful and attentive and when we had trouble with the TV channels it was sorted as soon as they could.
We reserved the apartment for three weeks, no-one came in to clean and the bed linen was just dropped off by the door each week. When on holiday I don't expect me or my wife to have to clean. If the owners had rented the apartment weekly they would have had to clean it between guests.

Fantastic apartment with helpful hosts
We had 2 weeks in this wonderfully appointed apartment. the owner met us on arrival and showed us around the apartment and equipment and was happy for us to contact him if needed (we didn't) We particularly enjoyed the solarium and the quietness of the complex. However it was easy to get the bus to surroundings towns and villages. Great apartment with fantastic facilities.

Beautiful apartment in nice quiet complex
We have recently stayed here and I have to say that the apartment was lovely, really beautifully finished and very well equipped. The only thing lacking was air con but Tenerife does provide a nice breeze most of the time. Anthea and Paolo were a delight to deal with, always responding to questions almost immediately, they were fantastic with their directions and instructions and were there to meet us at the property to show us around.
The area is quiet but is within easy reach of everything you would need, our particular favourite was Los Cristianos, which is lovely. I would recommend a car so that you can explore at your leisure. The local supermarkets supply everything you need and they are within walking distance.
The pool was lovely, but you do have to get up early in high season to get yourself a sunbed.
Overall I would highly recommend this apartment, it's so very comfortable (and the shower is amazing)!
