Immerso in una splendida vegetazione siciliana di ulivi , agavi e palme nane, ai margini della riserva naturale orientata dello "Zingaro" e della tonnara di Scopello, c'é questo piccolo ma delizioso cottage, dependance di una villa padronale.
Il cottage è un bivani composto da: soggiorno con angolo cottura-sala da pranzo (con relativi elettrodomestici), stanza matrimoniale ed un comodo bagno con doccia. Dotato di aria condizionata, TV satellitare, e wifi. All'esterno, una piacevole terrazza privata circondata da rigogliosa vegetazione, dotata di barbecue e tavolo da pranzo con ombrellone per poter godere dei pasti all'aria aperta con vista panoramica. Adiacente alla terrazza c'è un secondo bagno esterno con doccia, pratico per il rientro dal mare. Inoltre c'è una terrazza solarium vista mare, ad uso esclusivo, con sedie a sdraio, ombrellone e tavolino. L'accesso al mare è garantito da una discesa privata (all'interno della stessa proprietà situato proprio davanti al cottage) che porta ad una caletta con uno splendido mare di scogli.

We had a wonderful time, it’s hard to describe how beautiful the setting is. The view and the swimming cove are perfect. The apartment is well equipped and very clean, we slept well and Hanni was very kind. We had a problem with accessing our vrbo account, and generally with communication because we had lost a phone whilst hiking, the family were very understanding. We would love to come back and thank you!

We had a wonderful 4-night stay with Hanni. The beautiful small cottage, dreamy garden and direct sea access, invites you to live a simple life close to nature during your stay. Hanni was a perfect and caring host - borrowed us additional kitchen utensils generously and was help with all questions.

Hanni is an outstanding hostess. She was very responsive to us arriving to the property as we gave her little notice when we departed from the airport. The little cottage is unmatched. The grounds around the property are so peaceful and much larger than we thought. We loved the sun patio and the view from our room. The cottage is so cozy yet spacious enough to fill your every need. We are already dreaming of coming back to stay. I would book this property again and again. Incredibly clean and full of charm!
We arrived late and enjoyed a restaurant down in town nearby 15 min drive. They usually require reservations but it’s worth trying to get in without one. Other places we enjoyed. (The off season many shops in scopello were closed as well as the main beach).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful peaceful get away. Though the cabin is small and cooking facilities limited it was perfect for the two of us . We appreciated the security gate access and the private seaside access. While there are 125 steps down to the sea it was worth very bit is exercise to swim in that beautiful sea. There are several ropes that do require replacement on the trek down and we would urge you to bring water shoes . We would have our morning coffee on the patio overlooking the sea every morning - then a swim - what ever afternoon exploring adventure we had planned - back to our oasis - Apero Spritzer- nap - dinner -watch the stars appear on our patio . Total relaxation.
There is a wonderful garden market just down the road that not only supplies fresh vegetable's / oils/honey/lunch they also serve dinner ! Grocery market / pharmacy on the same road.
It was easy access to Trapani - Palermo airport - two beaches close by with chair and umbrella rental available .
Hanni and her handy man Cipriano made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable . We would not hesitate to book here once again .

Such a relaxing and beautiful spot. Shared property with the hosts who were incredibly kind and generous. Made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

My partner and I had the best time!! We wanted to spend sone relaxing time away from any trouble and found exactly that at Giovannas oasis. The private sea access is incredible and the hosts are heartwarming. You have a cute supermarket just 2 minutes away with authentic italian food. Thank you so much and we will definitely come back!! :)

We spent a fantastic week at this property. The house has everything you need and we spent all our time on one of the terraces with views over the beautiful cove. We loved the private access down to the beach, and snorkeling along the rocky coast.
Hanni made us feel so welcome and was just a fantastic host. She was always happy to help with advice or just to have a nice chat. We hope to come back soon.

We absolutely loved our three night stay at Giovanna’s place. It is basically in Scopello, the shops and beach being a one minute drive north, and the southern entrance to Zingaro less than ten minutes. The house is situated up on the cliffs overlooking the marvellous Sicilian coast and Tyrrhenian Sea. There is a private staircase down to the water where we had ritual morning and late afternoon swims. Expect mesmerising sunsets and sunrises. The house itself is simple and cozy, but was adequate, particularly given we spent most of out time outdoors. THe kitchen is basic, but we still cooked three delicious dinners. Giovanna is the sweetest host who met us personally at check-in, and kissed us goodbye at checkout. Can’t recommend this place more.

We where in Scopello for a week for our sons wedding . Giovanna is a wonderful host and her property is very special. The cottage is small but has everything you could need . Cold A/C and lovely water pressure . The view and private staircase to the Mediterranean is a great feature . We swam 3 days so calm and protected. I had a beautiful Siamese cat that kept us company . Truly a great escape and close to the Tonnera and Scopello city square and fabulous market and restaurants. Could not have been better !

We enjoyed the beautiful cottage with the marvellous view over the endless sea.

Perfectly set up as cozy retreat for a couple seeking peace and quiet. Well situated for Scopello and Zingaro Reserve.
Only request would be for some newer outdoor furniture

Wonderful wonderful wonderful! From the sweet Giovanna to the gorgeous view and private access to crystal clear water! There was even a puppy to play with bonus!! The cottage was quaint and very clean and well equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. Fantastic location too! We are coming back and staying for at least a week if not more next time!!

The cottage itself is cute and the location few meters from the sea is perfect. For those who love very quiet area and beautiful swimming in a cristal clear water (even at night with the only stars’ light !), this is the place to be! And the hostess is very kind and helpful. Wonderful days in this scenic place!

Everything you need right on the sea. We had an excellent swim. The stairs were very easy even for a girl with a bad knee, asthma and a bit of extra weight.

The cottage is so charming and comfortable, with its own glorious path to the sea for swimming and relaxing. Very peaceful. Hanni is a most gracious and lovely host. Hanni‘s house is in the perfect location. Beautiful views, organic market , coffee bar all within walking distance. Scopello for dining. The apartment is small but so clean and cosy and everything you need. Hanni is warm and welcoming and close by for any questions. She was very accommodating. Would stay again !

La proprietà si trova immersa nel verde con vista sul mare ed accesso privato sulla costa. Il cottege è accogliente dai toni caldi e raccolti. A great stay at Scopello
It was a true pleasure spending 4 nights at Hanni’s Cottage. The cottage is very clean and comfortable, and appointed with all the amenities for a very enjoyable stay. It’s perfectly located on a large parcel of land that is part of the coastline of the Tyrrhenian Sea, and a five minute drive to either Scopello or the Zingaro Nature Reserve. You have two patio’s which you can spend hours enjoying the views over a bottle(s) of wine, and your own access to a secluded private section of the coastline with very easy access to great swimming. There’s a ladder embedded in the rocks that allows for easy entry and exit from the water. It is peaceful, private and the views are unbeatable. Hanni is charming, and graceful, and was a very kind host. Communication while booking and leading up to our stay was very easy, and the check-in was a breeze. Hanni’s cottage is a real gem and when the time came it was hard to leave. We recommend staying at Hanni’s Cottage.

Fantastic overall experience!
The location is absolutely perfect, within the well preserved nature and at the very waterfront. First, you are hit by the breath-taking view, from the patio as well as from inside the cottage. Following the charming stairs down the cliff you will very soon reach a private ledge/patio with sunbeds right by the clear blue water. The proximity and the privacy makes the lazy days even more comfortable. The cottage itself is cozy and holds all the necessary amenities. A couple of minutes away you will find a boutique with the most delicious italian delicacies, perfect for lunch at home or on the day-trip. The hosts are nothing but lovely. Kind, service-minded, genuine and generally warmhearted persons making the stay simply wonderful.
We highly recommend this accomodation and we are very grateful for discovering this jewel.

Our first walk down to the sea took our breath away, completely private the water was warm and the snorkelling was amazing.
Hanni the owner bought us fresh towels and one morning a plate of freshly picked plumbs.
