First the location is excellent. I got caught up in the distance to Cruz bay and read reviews stating it’s a 10 minute drive. It takes no time at all to drive back at night. In fact, it’s just far enough to feel out of Cruz bay without it being far at all from the shops and restaurants. The house has a great Caribbean feel and the whole family loved it. So many nice touches. View is great and the star gazing is excellent. They had coolers and chairs as well as a tent, all that is needed for beach days. Smart tv has all the streaming services and wifi was strong. Pool was was great to cool off after beaching and the breezes keep the main level cool. We are ready to book again.

We had a great time staying at the house. The location is perfect and the views cannot be beat. The house is stocked w all that you need: coolers, chairs, snorkeling equipment, water bottles, etc. The winds were perfect, we sat outside every night and saw multiple shooting stars. Would definitely recommend and will 100% be back!

My family of four stayed at Beija Flor. We enjoy a good balance of hanging out by the pool, relaxing at the beach, and checking out the bars and restaurants in town. Beija Flor was the perfect home base. We love the way all the doors of the house open up to allow a gorgeous breeze, and the views are SPECTACULAR. The pool is a great size, just big enough to swim around a little bit. The house also came with everything we could need: coozies, coolers, chairs, water bottles, etc etc etc. The drive to Cruz bay was about 8 minutes which was great for us. Overall 10/10 stay.

Fabulous house and setting. Reviews and VRBO info all accurate. Would HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay on St John. Property Mgmt company was professional and quick to respond to any request or change. Property was spotless, living area cool without AC and view from sun up to sun set was spectacular. Only FYI is that we exchanged our rental Explorer SUV for a Jeep to allow us easier entry into a tight downhill driveway turn in.

We loved our beautiful perch overlooking Fish Bay. The house with its open floor plan, spacious decks and 4 king bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bath was perfect for 4 couples gathering to celebrate significant birthdays. Beautiful house and view!

Your house never disappoints from the beautiful view to the wonderful clean accommodations. The owner has thought of everything from shampoo to a vase of beautiful flowers when you arrive. Each time we come the owner has added something new. The house if exactly as pictured and the view from this house is amazing! We are looking forward to returning this July!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. It certainly was a week of glorious fun in the sun for our families. The beaches are fabulous and it was so nice to come back to the perfect place to unwind and relax to the beautiful sunsets and starry skies. We hope to return someday.

So it’s difficult to do an objective review since we decided to stay at the Westin after checking in. The positives are that it is a very well kept house and does have a generally nice view. After arriving the lack of air conditioning in the main living area, kitchen and bathrooms was just not something we wanted to deal with, and was not comfortable in late August. The bedrooms are AC’d. So this was a personal choice. Other slight negatives are the driveway is on a very extreme angle and takes some maneuvering even in a jeep to access from the steep road. There is also a telephone pole and wires partially obstructing the main view that is not shown in the photos for the property.. not a huge deal but was a little disappointing. Again, this is a very nice property.. just didn’t end up being the right one for us during our stay,

Everything we expected and more. The house is very comfortable and the fact the entire wall basically opens up to Fish Bay is amazing. From morning coffee to evening cocktails, enjoy a breezy open air experience from the kitchen and living room. The porches and pool have so many great spots to sit and relax as well. It’s a little bit of a drive to all the popular beaches on the north side of the island, but only about 20 minutes. Cruz Bay is about half way there and has all the pit stop needs for your vacation. We would definitely book again. Thanks for everything, Beija Flor!

We had a lovely stay at Bieja Flor on St. John. My husband and I took both our children (11 and 9) and stayed with my best friend and my parents in this lovely home. There was tons of outside space to spread out, our boys loved the pool. It was just big enough for them to play and splash and use the provided pool floats without them annoying the other one. The rooms were lovely, clean, well stocked with extra pillows and blankets. Could have used a few extra bath towels for our stay but we did laundry mid week and all was right. The homeowners provided beach chairs and towels, all in great shape and were wonderful to have on our excursions. The back pack kind so they were easy to transport in the car and easy to get out to the beach. They also provided lots of coolers for us to use which we appreciated and it made our trip easier. The pictures of the views from the back deck do not do the views justice. They were amazing. We would watch the turtles in the bay for hours, there were some paddle boarders out there and a few docked boats. Sunrise was breathtaking. The house isn't far from downtown, not walking distance but the drive wasn't bad. Some boat charters leave from the Westin which is close by. The Property Managers recommended Palm Tree Charters which were a great recommendation, we enjoyed our day with them. I would recommended that the folder that tells you about the island is updated post pandemic, a lot of the fliers say they go to the BVI and this is not true anymore, and if you do use a charter that goes, it cost easily 2-3 times more than a charter that takes you to just the USVI. Outside of that, the only other "complaints" we had was asking for a second hammock downstairs, my dad and I spent the week trading (fighting) over the one. It was lovely with a nice breeze and wonderful views. I just didn't want to share. The other one was to put darker shades on the sliding doors downstairs. The house is east facing as as soon as the sun came up over the bay, our room was bright. It also meant the room my children were sleeping in was bright so my children I didn't sleep much past 6. Which meant that we were all going to bed at 8:30-9. The upper rooms had room darkening shades so I didn't understand why the lower rooms did not. Our kids loved seeing all the hermit crabs and iguanas everywhere, some hermit crabs were the size of softballs! Thank you for having us!

This property has an amazing view of Fish Bay from the deck, and we all enjoyed washing the sea turtles surfacing. It is not far from Cruz Bay (ten minutes by JEEP). Just down the hill is Klein Bay which has a stone beach. We were plesantly surprised by the quality of the snorkeling there. The management company was prompt with answering any queries. The coffee maker stopped functioning and they dropped another off the day we notified them. I hope to stay here again in the future.

I love the architecture of this house. The house was well thought out to maximize the view. The fact that there is an upper porch that allows exposure to the sun and a covered porch below that allows for shade was very nice.
