Exactly as advertised. Well equipped condo with nice furnishings. Great proximity to beach and restaurants. Nice pool as well. Could use a few more bath towels, but that was our only criticism. Was a great trip!

The condo was a beautiful top corner unit in a nice building with a great location. It was clean and bright and the layout was perfect for 2 couples. We loved the view and the spacious balcony! The beds in the secondary bedrooms were not that comfortable - definitely seemed like they could use updating. Also the listing stated they are queen beds but they definitely were full (one of the couples had to split up and sleep in separate rooms because the beds were too small and not comfortable for 2.). The Wi-Fi seemed to be shared with other units and was weak - which was a problem in evenings when everyone was watching their smart TVs. The signal went in and out quite a bit. Overall it was a great stay - we loved the area and the town of Fernandina beach.

This property was outstanding. The property manager was outstanding. The property was clean and well equipped. The location was perfect and the views outstanding. We walked into town every morning for coffee. We would definitely come back for another stay. Very spacious and updated. 5 stars and more!

Beautiful place! The wrap around balcony with the ocean view was my favorite. Overall everything was nice and clean. check- in and check out was very easy. I definitely recommend this place. Can’t wait to come back again.

Condo is big with beautiful views! Corner porch was our favorite! Morning coffee, evening chats and good reading spot. Big kitchen. Primary bedroom has comfortable bed and good shower.
Only issues were the parking. It’s a little walk to the elevators but manageable. Elevator was down a few times but there are several others plus stairs. Could use a few new pots and pans and garbage disposal rattled then quit but not major problems. All in all, beautiful place and we enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed the beautiful condo and the extremely easy walk to the beach with kids aged 4 and 6yrs. The park across the street provided a playground and bike paths were abundant for this age. The easy walk to the pool was also a bonus.

We loved this property and are planning on coming back. This is a beautiful condo and the balcony is huge with gorgeous views. The pool was great and rarely crowded. It is a short walk to to beach. The condo was clean and well equipped. Next time, we will book directly through Amelia Island Getaways. The property manager was responsive, friendly, and easy to reach. 10/10 recommend!!

Great location with awesome views… except the scaffolding from construction. However, it was disclose that there may be noise from construction… and there was. The scaffolding came down the last day of our vacation. Other than that, our unit was awesome! So cute and beachy! Very clean and perfect for our family of 4! Walking distance from several things… food, shopping, putt-putt! Short drive from historic downtown! Property management was extremely easy to contact with prompt responses! Would definitely book here again!

My family and I go to Amelia Island each year for a medical conference and this was the first year not staying at the resort. This was a perfect condo near the beach with a pool. We have 2 young boys who loved the pool, the short walk to the beach and the playground. Definitely would recommend and use in the future. Thanks!

We had a wonderful time! The condo was perfect. The wrap around porch allowed us to enjoy watching the ocean during the day and enjoy the sunset in the evening. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend it to anyone considering a visit to Amelia Island!

Amazing unobstructed view . This property was perfect for us . The balcony got sunrise and sunset views with tables and chairs out to enjoy it . Decorated so beachy . Kitchen was big and bright with everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner . A very short walk to the beach and the Salt Life seafood shack . We will absolutely stay there again ! Check in was a breeze and management was very friendly .

Great week at the beach
Condo had a great view and was plenty big enough for my family of 5. Very easy bike ride to the beach with condo owned bikes in garage. Fernandina Beach is beautiful and not overwhelmed with crowds.

Beautiful and convenient
Check in process was really easy. It was nice not having to keep up with keys. The condo was very clean and provided starter supplies which was nice. The beds were pretty comfortable and the condo itself was surprisingly spacious and was just a short walk and even shorter drive to the beach. I loved that it was not too crowded on the beach itself and there were plenty of really good restaurants nearby. This was our first time at Amelia Island and we look forward to visiting again!

The condo was very clean. There was plenty of kitchen supplies to cook meals. The location was nice. The 5-7 minute walk to the beach was convenient. The view from the porch is the best feature.

There was a rude neighbor, but I think she was just lonely and grumpy. The pool was nice and not crowded at all. The parking spot right near the elevator and condo door were super convenient for my mom who uses a walker. Overall, a great stay and a good rental experience!

The dinning room chair had a nasty stain that should never have been seen by a guest, dinner wear was a complete mixed up mess with nothing matching, same status with the glassware and the kitchen cabinet vinyl covering is peeling off. The location is excellent and the views are great but the owners really need to step up and upgrade this place or drop the rate. We will go back to Amelia Island again but sadly not to this condominium unless it gets a major renovation and update.
