The room has its own private entrance; the owner lives in the house with a separate entrance. Comfortable room in the centre of town. Very homely, with personal touches and a nautical theme. Easy access through a secure box with the key inside. Parking opposite is free overnight.

TV is small. So is the bathroom.

Very friendly and helpful host. On arrival offered coffee and cake. Excellent breakfast (too much to eat) served in room. Great location for visiting old town centre of Kampen. Small kitchen area supplied with teas and ground coffee (plus coffee making machine). Fridge full of wine, beer and soft drinks at very reasonable prices. Great use of space for a small area. Seating outside on pavement (on two sides of the building). Can sit in sun or shade and watch the locals walk and cycle past.

Shower/toilet area bit cramped.

Great hostess, very welcoming. I would stay again. Great location. Didn't have the breakfast but locals we met somehow knew it was superb clearly we missed out.

. Room slightly cramped in terms of bathroom/washing facilities - minor point.

Excellent room comfy bed and great share. Host friendly and welcoming. Fantastic breakfast Xandra was attentive and not intrusive. So close to town centre and parking . All in all a great stay and we will defiantly stay here next time we in Kampen.
