I liked the room having an on suite. It was a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfy which is a must for me with my disabilities. The only noise I heard was from the traffic as I was up in the loft. For the price I was very happy.

There wasn't really anything I didn't like.

The place was OK, the room had a kettle (that needed cleaning) and some powdered coffee and milk. The room was spacious and had all the very basics. The bed was large although it is a very soft mattress. The Bathroom was cleaned everyday at 3 pm and the bed and bedsheets were nice and clean.

!!if you are going by car beware!! We got a parking ticket on our first day because we were too close to the house managers driveway (we didn't block it at all). And the owner saw us park there and didn't say anything until after the ticket was there. We think that it was him who called the police, because there were other cars parked like us on other driveways and no tickets. (Not a nice thing to do to your guests). The installations are old and worn, so even if the place is clean (the cleaner was very nice and did a good job) it didn't look so. There are stains on the walls and the doors, as well as the shower curtain. The shower was also old and needs a retouch. I would have liked a mini fridge, even if it was shared with the other guests or a microwave (given there is no kitchen). The carpet is old and worn as well. Over all very very average, like a shared student house with just the basics.

Affan and family are very welcoming and good hosts.

Good location a short train journey to Brighton train station around the corner

How spacious the room was as well as the clean presentation throughout the hotel.

There were no issues although it was difficult for the taxi driver to find the hotel initially.

The room was noisy mainly from the cars passing by on the road. They just kept me awake.

Nice big room bed comfortable all things you need tea/coffee towels etc!

We did not see anybody that's why I ticked sad face for staff.
