My husband, our daughter, her husband, and I stayed for a week at this apartment. I really can't say enough good things about it. It was one of the best if not the best equipped VRBO property we have ever rented. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment as well as those things we usually have to bring like spices, paper towels, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, plastic wrap and aluminum foil. There was even laundry soap and dryer sheets! The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of linens. The apartment itself was clean and just right for the 4 of us. The neighborhood was very quiet, and everything was convenient. It is only a short walk to an IGA grocery store as well as a drug store. We only used the hot tub once due to the weather being quite cold, but the rooftop terrace has beautiful views. The pub downstairs had really good food and the staff were very friendly. We had brunch and supper there as well as drinks one night. I would definitely recommend the Irish Stew - it was delicious! I would highly recommend this VRBO apartment for a visit to Quebec City! It is very convenient to the city and old town. We were there to visit the Christmas Markets. A fabulous time was had by all!

Our atay was perfect! The unit is nicer than advertised! Big, clean and comfortable. It’s located on a street corner but was so quiet; the windows are too notch. The reserved parking is a big plus. Many great dining options within walking distance. Would definitely go back.

Four of us stayed at Frederik’s VRBO in Quebec City for four nights. The two bedroom two bath fourth floor unit was well equipped and furnished with a clean rooftop hot tub. We were initially concerned about parking for our second car but found we could easily find space on the nearby street. We drove into old Quebec City within 10 minutes each morning, spend the day, and returned to an evening hot tub to recap the day. The restaurants and bakeries nearby along with the grocery store were all great. The neighborhood is safe feeling with families walking by from nearby homes. We will strongly consider a return visit and stay at the same comfortable, modern VBRO.

This was a beautiful apartment, very comfortable for two couples with separate bathrooms. It has lots of windows, appears newly renovated, very clean and nicely decorated. Great neighborhood with restaurants and nearby grocery store. Half hour walk into the old city. Just be aware that it is on the 4th floor with no elevator. Frederic was awesome. Very helpful, available and friendly.

The condominium was very nice, beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The neighborhood was very convenient with a grocery store around the corner and two pharmacies, as well as a number of eateries and coffee shops. It’s a bit of a walk to the historic city, but one can drive and easily park in the garage that is located there. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay as did my partner. The hosts were very responsive to any of our questions and easy to reach. I highly recommend this property if I return to Quebec I would definitely stay here again.

The process to check-in was seamless, it was clean and updated. The neighborhood was great!

Our family of four had an excellent stay here. We walked into the city each day and returned to the hot tub and a neighborhood dinner each evening. The place was clean and spacious with excellent views all around.

We had a lovely stay at this VRBO. The flat is very well appointed and convenient. It was flawless from start to finish!

We stayed for 4 nights. Pro's: The space was very clean, great neighborhood, nice size, nice kitchen and bathrooms and it was overall modern. Nice roof top views. Con's: Their is a very strong and unpleasant smell in the apartment. It smells very musty/moldy. The ceiling is concrete and has many stains on it. It appears to us that it has had water damage and may be what is causing the smell. We were concerned and it ruined our stay. When we arrived, I contacted the the manager and he told me to open the windows a little. That did not help and its clear that he knows its an issue. I knew that there was many flights of stairs but they were worse than expected. There is no elevator. Since we were on a two trip, our luggage was heavy so we had to take items out of our bags and make many trips to unpack and pack. It you have minimal items/luggage, it probably won't be an issue. Also the sectional was very low and not good to sit on. They need to buy a proper sectional or couch. We would not stay here again.

We loved our 6 night stay! The apartment was true to the photographs and well-equipped. Our family of 5 had plenty of room, and we enjoyed the views of the city from the lovely windows and terrace. It was conveniently located near a grocery store and about a 1.5 mile easy walk to Old City. Several bakeries, cafes, and restaurants to enjoy as well.

Great location, clean and well stocked, close to everything. Neighborhood itself is walkable and enjoyable. Please note no elevator and it is 4th floor. Not a problem for us, however... Had a great time. Highly recommend.

My family had a wonderful time in Quebec City. This apartment was perfectly located and a heavenly retreat after enjoying winter adventures in Quebec City and beyond.

Spent 4 nights here in July 2022 with my wife. Great location just outside of the old city with many restaurants and pubs. The Apartment is very neat and clean, well furnished and comfortable with a Hot Tub as well as a nice view of Quebec City on the roof. We would recommend this location.

We booked Frederick's home for 3 nights over Memorial Day weekend, this was our first trip to Quebec (we live in US). Two adults and 3 children ages 15-19. We could not have been happier with the apartment, location, price and most especially our host Frederick. We arrived late to the property and unfortunately had not checked our emails for the after hours code! We had to call Frederick at 11:30 at night:( He answered immediately and could not have been kinder or more helpful. The home is beautiful; it felt like we were staying at the place of a friend rather than renting from a stranger! From a thoughtfully placed extension cord at bedside to the paper supplies to the well stocked kitchen, everything we needed. The rooftop was fabulous, so lovely to sit outside and enjoy the view! You will not be disappointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Old Quebec is beautiful, can't wait to go again!

We really enjoyed our accommodations in Limoilou. Loved the hot tub and the accommodations were perfect. Only a 20 min walk to downtown old Quebec. Place was clean and well stocked. 5 star rating!

Very comfortable stay for us..Close to grocery store,SAQ and many local restaurants. Public transit across the street. Loved our experience there. No worries for us but a consideration if you require a lift . Wonderful penthouse on the 4th floor.. Hot tub would have been wonderful i am sure but we had an ice storm during our stay so did not utilize.

We've stayed at many VRBO properties and have had uniformly excellent experiences. This property is truly the best so far - modern, new, spotlessly clean, thoughtfully equipped, and located in a fun, dynamic, and interesting neighborhood. Make sure to stop in at the Circus School located right next door. Fun to see future performers perfecting their craft.

The apartment is beautiful and has an awesome rooftop hot tub that overlooks the neighborhood and has a great view of the skyline. We couldn’t find the remote to the tv which were only going to use as a source of French so it was not a big deal. Frederic is super nice and very helpful.

Very nicely laid out apartment, thoughtfully and aesthetically appointed. Great base to explore the city. Host very helpful and responsive with suggestions.

The standard of fixtures and fittings and the quality and attention to detail in the accessories provided is top notch. The location is great with some really nice stores and restaurants close by. The neighbourhood is lovely, people are friendly and it’s a great base for exploring Quebec. We had some occasional street noise from the pub downstairs but nothing too disruptive. Overall we had a wonderful, relaxing stay and we appreciated the amount of thought and attention given to visitor comfort.

Great all around but you have to like stairs. Merci beaucoup Quebec.
