The breakfast was pretty good, although the coffee cup was small without an option to refill.

I didn't like the fact that I didn't stay in the hotel that I reserved. Upon arrival at this hotel, I found that it is actually closed. There was a note on the hotel with a phone number that was not registered on booking.com. I was instructed to go to another hotel called "Royal Square Hotel". Royal Square has somehow gotten a 5 star rating, but I question the validity of that rating. The room I got was dated and the bed felt old. After I complained to booking.com about the situation, the hotel owner was not happy and wanted to have a quick word with me the next day. When I called out the fact that I would have never chosen to stay at Royal Square due to poor user reviews and I named another hotel for the same price that was better, the owner changed the tone and explained that business is just not going so well which is why they are combining the bookings between 3(?!) hotels. If they would have reached out before arrival or at least apologised during check in about the situation, I would feel a bit better. Instead, I got a word with an upset owner. The location was great.

The reception people, young guys, were exceptionally helpful and caring.

Rooms are very very old. It seems not 4 star hotel and NOT BOUTIQE HOTEL !!!!!! The bed is very very old and still my back has a pain just because of the bed. They need to change it. In my room was not also net curtain....Personal has no emotion. Just one lady at reception was smiling and thats all. The others are so unfriendly and they do not care about you... Breakfast buffet is not bad but restaurant was terrible.... all restaurant was dirty even forks and knifes !!! Also unfriendly personal at all. I will never recommend to anybody and never will go again. Owner of the hotel has to think to make some renovation in the rooms and restaurant ( if here really restaurant!!), he has to invest his place. Also needs some strong rules for personal for guest satisfaction.
