The rooms are very good. Our host Javi did a wonderful job in supporting our stay with a lot of tips and advice for spending our time well.

Unsere Ankunft war ausserordentlich speziell und Jabi, der Gastgeber, hat uns wunderbar willkommen geheissen. Während des ganzen Aufenthaltes konnten wir auf seine Unterstützung zählen. Man fühlt sich ganz "nahe begleitet", aber professionell und auf keinen Fall zu viel oder unangebracht. Wir liebten Jabi's Humor. Das Appartment ist sehr grosszügig und super sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und sicher. Auf alle Fälle können wir diese Unterkunft von ganzem Herzen empfehlen und werden wieder kommen.

Great location to explore the city. Apartment was perfect for a family of six. Host was extremely helpful; always available to provide practical advice and recommendations.

We had a great stay in Bilbao. Jabi's appartment, located in one of the most prominent buildings of Bilbao, left nothing to be desired. It was clean, spacy (even for 5 adults) and is perfectly located for discovering and enjoying the city by walk (Guggenheim 20 minutes) or public transport (several bus stops within 3 minutes by walk, Metro station Deustu 5 min). In addition, Jabi provided excellent recommendations about dining/pintxos&txakoli places and e.g. what to see on a rainy day. In conclusion, a wonderful stay thanks to an excellent host and appartment.

Clean, excellent amenities, complimentary food on arrival and beers too! Plenty of toilet roll. Great location. Walking distance for all transport networks, overlooking the river and 20 minutes from the Guggenheim. We will 100% stay in this appartment again if we possibly can. The host was exceptionally attentive, kind and knowledgable about the area. His recommendations were superb.

Very clean, great hosts, fridge already had food inside of it, parking, cleaning once every two weeks, great location, metro card, food recomendaciones, could reach the host easily, Netflix already available on tv, good wifi. We will most likely come back.

The personal approach of the host and his son, the great advice they gave us to optimize our stay in Bilbao, the superb location and great apartment. We hope to return to Bilibao to this appartement!

The host was extremly kind and helpful. He showed us the appartment which was equiped with many amenities and even some basic food. The location is close to the center of Bilbao and to the metro station.

Great apartment, very good condition, large living room. Close to Guggenheim. Fridge had free beer, butter and what not. 2 Coffee Machines with free coffee. Host was the most helpful and attentive I ever met asked everyday how we are doing. Gave very good tips about dining and tapas places. Lots of places for breakfast around. Close to the subway 8 mins away.

It faces a bigger street so some noise is present in the morning in 2 of the rooms but not too much. It is 30-40 minutes walk to the old town but only 10 to Guggenheim.

Our delegated host was Jon, who went to great lengths to make sure we had a wonderful stay. He gave us his personal list of favourite restaurants and pintxos bars in advance, arranged a taxi van from and back to the airport and checked in with us every morning via whatsapp to hear about our plans for the day and make extra suggestions. He was always friendly and quick to reply.

We had an excellent stay at Jabi's appartment. It's spacious, beautiful, very well equiped and located in a good neighbourhood. Jabi is a fantastic host; we were welcommed with fresh baked bread and a refrigerator full of tasty local food. Jabi's tips for sightseeing and restaurants were spot on (chicken and paella restaurant highly recommended!). Thanks again for our great time in Bilbao!

Everything was great. We travelled at a difficult time due to Coronavirus and most of our group ended up not able to travel. However Jabi was most welcoming and a fantastic host. He went well out of his way to help us with transfers from the airport, a fully stocked fridge, face masks, hand sanitizer etc. The apartment was spacious and clean, in a safe area walkable distance to all of Bilbao. A bit further to old town but you can take the tram/metro easily and Jabi even provided travel cards all topped up and ready to go. Jabi gave us great local recommendations and advice. Thanks Jabi for a great stay - we hope to visit again soon!

Wonderful apartment in the famous El Tigre building. Everything within walking distance and lots of shops, bars and restaurants in the surrounding streets. Our host Jabi was exceptional! He made us feel very welcome and gave us lots of valuable tips.

It had everything we needed for a really comfortable stay. Jabi was incredibly helpful. Also the apartment is a stone's throw from the undeground which his fantastic and cheap.

The traffic noise. Don't expect it,and it interfered with sleep a little.
