House is in an amazing location with lots of parking for our jetskis.
Needed a cloth for the kitchen bench. We went out and bought one.

House was really clean
The heating was totally inadequate. We arrived after dark and it was freezing cold. The heating was a gas fire that had run out of gas (a small 9kg gas bottle), the process to change the bottle over in the pitch dark and rain was not possible, it involved finding another bottle and carrying it around the side of the house and uninstalling the empty one and I didn't have appropriate footwear and / or a proper torch. Install a heat pump or at least a proper LPG gas system that has two bottles that switch over. For $250 a night it was appalling.

Location was great, just back from town, and very quiet. Playground close.We had a baby on board , although we took what we needed , there was a cot , highchair etc... provided. Heating was cozy, lovely kitchen. Cute crock pot. Dishwasher was a great. Parking space excellent.
A dryer would be helpful.

Could do with some instructions on how to use the very comprehensive TV /video system.

good facility, large house in quiet calm circumstance. not too far, not too near to the town. nice option as a bace for IRONMAN race

Clean, home felt, nice kitchen, new bathroom, walking distance to centre and water but quiet. Morden furniture and appliances. Generous accessories. Host very helpful and responsive even she was just out of hospital. I don't know what else I can expect from the host. Flawless, full mark.
The bar chairs make noise when sat on. A couple drops of oil should easily fix it.

Very well appointed home with excellent off street parking. The house is spotless and in immaculate condition. The hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with. It is very good value for money. Thank you to the hosts.

This was a lovely clean place to stay, it was homely, had everything we needed and it was perfect for our family being close to the park and a shed for their stuff. The owner was fantastic to deal with too.

Location was brilliant, so close to everything but peaceful and out of the way enough to not feel your in a city.
Everything was there, however I'd say upgrade to a smart TV.

We loved how everything was provided for our usage throughout our stay. Very comfortable little home for us and our boys. We came to Taupo from Auckland for the New Zealand Junior Rugby Festival and it was just nice to come "home" after being out most of the day

Close to the activities that we booked, very nice & homely and it was in a quiet area. House was very clean & it had everything we needed.

The house was tidy and as pictured had a lot of room for parking (we had a trailer)
The beds were not ideal as such. very uncomfortable and quite short. Would’ve been ideal for children but as 5 adults it didn’t quite work. not so much a complaint just didn’t really work out for us. Everything else was fine.
