Dockside 504 with private balcony and beautiful views
Questo condominio al quinto piano è il luogo perfetto per le tue vacanze. Il condominio ha tutto per rendere il vostro soggiorno meraviglioso. La cucina ha elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. L'unità è completamente fornita di pentole e padelle, stoviglie, asciugamani e lenzuola. C'è anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice impilate. Hai tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno qui! Il balcone privato al largo della camera da letto principale è dotato di posti a sedere per quattro e ha una vista sull'oceano del golfo. C'è anche posti a sedere per quattro dalla porta d'ingresso con vista sulla baia. Potresti persino vedere un delfino o due nuotare nella baia! Ti divertirai seduto e guardando l'alba e il tramonto. C'è una piscina riscaldata in comune con l'hotel accanto e siete a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia.

I stayed in this specific condo 2 years ago and then again last week. It literally has everything you need and it’s close enough to the beach, restaurants and shops that you can walk everywhere. The condo is clean and Ana is very responsive and always helpful. I will continue to come back to this condo when visiting Clearwater. We stayed 7 nights and wish we could stay forever!

Check in was super smooth. House was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Can walk to pier or boat rides near the pier. We had a rental car but didn’t use it once while there. Beach access across the road. Would stay here again!

Very nice location, close to many restos, shop, groceries and 2 mins away from the beach. Condo is great, spacious and clean ! Everything you need is inside.

Our family stayed a week. We had seven adults. We used the roll out single bed & had plenty of room to hang out. It's a great location. We walked to the shops, restaurants & Pier. Plus there's an ice cream shop right across the street. The beach was a 2 block walk. We used the beach chairs & cooler provided. We enjoyed time on both the front/back decks & the pool. We saw dolphins in the bay every day! It had everything we needed for a great stay.

Amazing condo with sunrise views from one deck and sunset views from the other. Nicely decorated and very well equipped including beach gear. We appreciated kayaking from the dock, covered parking, pool, and bbq's. Great location within walking distance of beach and numerous eating establishments. Ana was great to deal with, no issues during our two week stay except shingling crew arrived during our second week which created some noise and parking issues. Overall a great stay.

The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. I have been to Clearwater beach many times and this location has been my favorite. It’s on the south end of the beach which I consider to be a bit quieter and less crowded. There is still lots to do and everything is in walking distance. We took my kids to the beach at Shepherd’s for kayaking and paddle boarding. They loved it. We played mini golf, my son and husband went fishing twice and we enjoyed great meals and cocktails at various locations. Absolutely no issues with our Condo. Ana is a great host, was easy to contact etc. Her rates were very reasonable. We will definitely stay at this location again in the future. I highly recommend

We were very satisfied with the cleanliness. The condo is well stocked with bath/beach/kitchen towels and beach chairs. The kitchen is well stocked with pans and dishes. Everything is in working order. The beach is well within walking distance as are many restaurants and shops. We were able to use a covered parking spot which was nice. The internet had good speeds which was helpful for working. Ana was very helpful answering my questions before we arrived and during our stay. Overall the condo was clean, well stocked, and cozy with a responsive and helpful owner. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying the Beach Side Condo. The place was comfortable, well furbished and we had the best time. It was walking distance to every bar and the view was great. You are in a condo so there was some noise but it was still absolutely amazing. We would love to go back and it's great for a family.

The condo is lovely and the view is nice. Location great and easy to navigate. Plenty of room in the unit all updated. Only issue was since visiting during winter months we picked this place for having a heated pool and it was not working during our week visit.

This location had it all. Dolphins off our deck, sunrise on the front balcony, and sunset on the back balcony. Our host provided beach towels, chairs, a cart, etc for our beach days. The beach was just a short walk away. Loved having all the amenities of home.

The condo was very spacious and family friendly. The location was amazing with only a short walking distance to everything including the beach. The owner was very friendly and amazing. We will definitively be staying here again in the future. The condo made for a great vacation. We loved sitting out on both decks everyday and enjoying the beautiful weather at Clearwater.

Condo 504 was great! Beautifully decorated with plenty of room & fully stocked with everything we needed..dishes..cookwear..towels..beach equipmemt..cant say enough about Ana.. she was great to work with & replied quickly with any questions I had. The property was great and the location was amazing! We were able to get the beach and shops in a short walk! The view of the bay was great we were able to see dolphins a couple of days and the view of the city/ ocean was super entertaining especially on the weekend lol loved our stay!

Nice condo, convenient location
Great condo within walking distance to many restaurants, the beach and shopping. Nice views and everything we needed from beach chairs to a fully stocked kitchen. Ana is great and responds quickly to any questions you may have. Would definitely book again if we visit the area in the future!

Excellent condo and location
Ana's condo is a splendid place to stay for vacation. It is situated on the most southern part of Clearwater Beach, with an abundance of eateries and shops within walking distance. The beach itself is a short four-minute walk from the front of the condo complex. Ana provided beach chairs and other beach items that are conveniently stored on the front porch in a storage container. The views from the front and back balconies are spectacular. You can sit out front and watch the sun come up over the inlet and watch for dolphins and sting rays, and in the evening sit on the back balcony and watch the sunset over the Gulf. The complex and condo are all keyless, making it much easier for families. Ana promptly responded to all questions and was available if needed. We will book this condo again when vacationing at Clearwater Beach.

The place was exactly as posted. Location was good, was a bit roudy and loud at nighttime. Close proximity to lots of restaurants and of course the beach. Would recommend and go back there again!!

Pristine property & convenient location
Ana is such an amazing hostess. The property was not just beautiful and clean in and out but the location was perfect! You don’t even need a vehicle. Everything you can possibly need is within walking distance. The shared pool was a fun gathering place where we met other friendly guests from all over the USA! I highly recommend this property to families who want a perfect vacation destination with beaches parks and plenty of restaurants to choose from all within minutes of walking distance.

Beautiful view
We loved our stay with our teen and tween daughters. Immaculately clean. Ana has everything...charging stations' beautiful decor, recliners, beach chairs in great condition and beach towels, and more! Just wonderful and cozy. We will be back for sure.

Family on fall break
We absolutely loved our stay. The condo is beautifully updated and extremely clean. The property manager/owner is super responsive and kind. We had some mail come for us while we were there and when she came to deliver, she brought the cutest gourmet doughnuts. The kids were in heaven. The walk to the beach is not bad at all. We had four 30+ adults and 4 kids ages 5-11 and no one complained. You can’t go wrong with any of the food options within walking distance. You really can drive in, park, and never have to get back in the car until checkout. We had a blast and loved our stay. This is definitely my most favorite condo. We will stay again.
