the beds where hard on my back. no wash clothes. door stopper in the middle of the floor that I kept tripping over

Private parking lot. Air conditioner was very good. The facilities were excellent.

The check in until 3pm.

Room was spacious.

First floor smells like a hospital, there are numerous rooms rented by doctors. There is no lobby for guests.

The bed was comfortable...

Total nightmare!! When I got to the room after checking inn, the room was open, the kitchen sink was dirty, floors were not vacuumed; the smell of the restroom was hideous. I let the receptionist know but since it was late,housekeepers were out. When I made the reservation I asked for a quiet room; I was suddenly awakened at midnight by a women scream so loud that I got scared. I realized that the hotel is beneath a clinic so it must have been one of the patients. I did not received any apology.
