Noah is perfect for a relaxed family holiday - even with smaller children. The staff is friendly, the location with seaview is amazing and the whole surf house is designed in a great style. They offer a lot of activities like surfing of course, yoga, skating or a barbecue at the terrace overlooking the sunset. The infinity pool was quite big and the water was heated. Santa Cruz is a really nice little town - we rented bikes at Noah's to explore the surroundings. We enjoyed it a lot and definitely wanna come again.

The staff needs some support during breakfast and peak times. The bathroom in the bungalow was a bit small as well.

Felt at home from the moment we walked in. decor and facilities surpassed our expectations. we had a bungalow and was spacious, super comfortable with an incredible view to wake up to. amazing staff. great activities for the children and adult classes and yoga all included in price. safe enough for kids to have some independence and for adults to have the odd moment of peace!

Next to the road, so pretty noisy. The restaurant serves mediocre food at high prices. Also surfing is twice as expensive as anywhere else.

We absolutely loved Noahs. The hotel is beautiful and exceeded my expectations. It was so chill - the perfect place to spend a week relaxing with the family. Great range of activities for the kids. The staff were all lovely and super helpful. The food was delicious - breakfast every morning was a great start to the day. The local village is lovely and it's so close to Lisbon and other places worth visiting.

we didn't have any they had stopped serving even though it was still out they said we couldn't have anything very poor

the clientele were rude we lost a wallet in reception which had a lot of money in it and apparently !!!!! it wasn't handed in.

Great place to stay with kids and a highlight of our Portugal holiday. The staff are excellent - hospitable, helpful, warm. The food was amazing and the breakfast incredible. So lovely to be right on the beach (We didn't mind having to cross the road to get there). Great and varied activities for kids on site- skateboarding, surfing, trampoline, pool, jacuzzi, movie night! The kids love their surf lesson in the freezing Atlantic and the instructor was amazing - we felt like they were in very capable hands and safe despite the big waves. Lovely to sit by the fireplace in our room after a long day outside. Staff super helpful and attentive from before arrival (helping us organize transport to and from; encouraging us to join the NYE festivities and providing info about the area and what we could sign up for). Highly recommend for families.

We stayed over for New Years Weekend. Although we enjoyed the New Years festivities, the party went on until well past 4 am. I don't think anyone slept that night which was not amazing for little kids. The bungalows are great but a bit of a tight squeeze for four (2 adults and 2 kids) but lots of common rooms to spend time in during the day. I would definitely go back with children.

Wow, not even sure where to start..! This place really is a gem, and we will definitely come back! Incredibly nice building: we have been blown away, from the moment we stood in front of their impressive doors, until leaving this place, everything was just PERFECT. We have travelled all around the world and stayed in all kind of wonderful surfaccomodations, but it's the first time that we find this kind of comfort and elegance on the European continent. The place is so well decorated that it was very hard not to grab our phones everytime to make pictures of everything: their beach front view, the fire corners, the swimming pool, the jaccuzi, the deck with skate pool, the bungalows, the room (so much space there!). It's simply impossible to enter this place and not be amazed by it. But the best and most important part is: it does'nt stop there, at just being a photogenic, well-marketed place. The comfort of the rooms and every other space is way beyond expectations, as well as the attention of the staff, the food, the drinks, and the facilities (huge swimming pool, lovely jaccuzi, amazing skate pool). Their activities/sport offer is incredible: even in the low season I was able to attend every activity I wished. Their teachers, especially yoga and functional training, were one of the bests I've had, giving personal feedback to each participant and they managed to find the perfect balance between being challenging and attentive to our limitations at the same time. I did not have the opportunity to go into the water with the surf instructor as the swell was too big during my stay (they did offer me to go to another spot though, but I preferred to stay around). However, just from the chats we had during our spot-checks and the information he could share with me about how the waves were breaking and how the current was working, I could already feel I would have been very comfortable with him in the lessons.

(The high season prices would be too high for us to visit during summertimes but we can understand that this level of care/comfort/eye for details comes with a price)

The staff were the biggest asset to our stay! such lovely people! the hotel is stunning, so unusual and interesting. brilliant location too! highly recommended.

nice style but poor service

1) quality of service very poor 2) cannot access the gym without instructor 3) policy that only 3 tables (max 10-12 pax) can be booked at one shift leads to a “fully” booked restaurants despite 60% of tables are free. reason by staff: no capacity of small kitchen. -> something get screwed up in planning
