O local é muito charmoso, próximo ao aeroporto. Ketty foi muito atenciosa e gentil!!
O quarto é um pouco pequeno, mas tem tudo o que precisa.

La habitacion esta muy bien y el desayuno tambien. Katy fue de gran ayuda para la llegada desde el aeropuerto, me dio instrucciones precisas, una gran anfitriona, super amable.

The property is like 8 minutes from the airport in a very quite neighborhood with a family restaurant right across the street which was very convenient and delicious.
The owner Katy ( not sure about the spelling) lives in the premises which makes it perfect for a solo traveler. She is super nice and helpful, very attentive to the guest’ s needs. The property is super cleaned and beautifully decorated. The continental breakfast was plentiful and delicious pastries. Will give this property 500% …above and beyond all expectations! Will definitely go back .

Very nice property in a quiet area of Fiumicino, quite close to the airport.
Perfectly clean room, comfy beds, and friendly owners.
The breakfast was not that varied, but we could find a few options to eat.
You can get there from the airport via bus or taxi.
However, not all taxis are willing to take such a short ride (3km approx.) so this could be inconvenient especially if you arrive late, hungry, etc.

We spent one night there prior to an early morning flight out of the Rome Fiumincino airport. It was extremely convenient and the host accommodated all our needs.
Parking closer to the unit would have been very helpful although the street parking did work out very well.

Very neat place, everything was good, including breakfast options. Even boiled eggs. Quiet location but a short ride by bus and close to a bus stop.
Getting there by bus was a bit problematic because the bus driver ran out of tickets on the bus (make sure you buy them from a kiosk nearby before getting on a bus). She told me to pay through the Cotral app, which was a lost cause. The bus runs only every 30 min so you might have to wait. The property owner would not pick you up from the airport although she was kind enough to arrange for someone to take me to the airport early in the morning.

Tout était excellent le decort la propretes,les propriétaires supers sympatiques
J'ai réservé ce b and b pour être prêt de l'aéroport de Rome 5 minutes pour être plus précis pour 10 euros comptant les proprietaires mon même apportés directement à l'aéroport le dimanche matin, c'était une aubaine considérant que le taxi m'avait charger 25 euros pour m'y rendre de l'aeroport ! Super pratique j'y retournerai c'est certain et je le recommande vivement 10/10

Ketty has a wonderfully run B&B. We loved the way the room was decorated, all the info she provided was great. We had to leave very early, and we could help ourselves to breakfast before we left.

Escolhi este alojamento por causa da localização, ser perto do aeroporto, mas a estadia superou as minhas expectativas todas.
A Ketty é uma pessoa maravilhosa, acompanho me em todas as etapas da estadia, desde chegada ao aeroporto, dicas de transporte e no final deixou um cesto de comida para pequeno almoço, tal como saia às 4 de manhã.. Adorei e recomendo bastante!

Een comfortabel verblijf, schone kamer met alle faciliteiten incl.uitgebreid ontbijt. Dichtbij de luchthaven, erg prettig. Halen en brengen door de gastvrouw, zorgenvrij. Goed, authentiek Italiaans restaurant aan de overkant. Volgende dag fietsen meegekregen en naar de Lungomare ( aan de kust met strand en restaurants) gefietst.

Хорошее расположение в районе аэропорта.10 минут на автобусе Cotral. Остановка в минуте ходьбы от дома.Очень приветливая и дружелюбная хозяйка заселила нас на 3 часа раньше. Номер был очень тёплым,чистым и уютным. Если будем здесь проездом обязательно вернёмся.

Es hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Tolles B&B, ruhige Lage, nah zum Flughafen und mit den Leihrädern ist man auch schnell Strand. Für eine Nacht vorm Rückflug mehr als ausreichend. Wir bekamen um 6 Uhr morgens sogar Frühstück.

The host, Ketty, was very accommodating and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in since being away. We had dinner at a great little local tratoria only about a 100-meter walk away.
