Spacious property ideal for two people. Nice modern, well equipped kitchen and great shower. Lovely sunny terrace Just two steps from pool. Ideal location for shops, beaches and buses to other locations.

Second time here, will probably come back again. Apartment has everything we needed, and it's in a nice quiet complex. Close enough to the town and seafront that it's a nice walk, far enough away to be peaceful. There aren't a lot of restaurants nearby, but if you're eating in there are three supermarkets - including a Lidl - within a few minutes walk.

Despite the challenges around the COVID-19 outbreak we had a good break here. Apartment is immaculately clean and well presented and has everything you need and more. Great location in a small gated community, with three supermarkets within a couple of minutes walk. Would love to talk about restaurants but they were all closed by the government shortly after we arrived. Reception were very helpful in helping us get transfers sorted in challenging circumstances and Liz, the property owner is friendly and communicative. Would love to go back there soon. This apartment is situated in a peaceful complex. It is nicely furnished and well equipped. The location is very close to shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. Bus stops are very close enabling easy access to other parts of Lanzarote. The owner is easy to communicate with and is quick to resolve any problems.

My husband and I had a great holiday in this apartment. It was just perfect. All the mod cons and great air con! The pool area was lovely and the location was very central.

This ground floor apartment has been very nicely modernised. The complex is clean and quiet and handily located to the old and new towns however the roads to both are very steep if you have walking difficulties. The apartment is very clean and equipped with sufficient kitchen kit to eat at home if you choose to do so and Spar, Hiperdino and Lidl supermarkets are close by. The bed was comfortable and the air con very efficient when needed. The only downside is that the pumps / filters for the pool seem to be located directly beneath the bedroom, and as I am a light sleeper the noise disturbed me, however my partner didn’t really notice it. I would have given this apartment 5 stars had it not been for the noisy pumps below.

Apartment was clean and well presented for our arrival. Kitchen was very well equipped with all the utensils you might need to make meals when staying in. Air conditioning was great to have, not always available in all apartments. Can tell a lot of thought has been put into the apartment, it has been renovated to a high standard. Great to have the extra touches you don't get with a standard rental apartment. Shower was good with good water pressure. Apartment felt safe and secure. Security safe provided in room at no extra cost. Location was great with the shops, restaurants and beach a short walk away, but far enough that the apartments were peaceful at night. Pools were cleaned daily and were a nice temperature. Safety fencing around the pools was good with having a young child with us. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment, only 2 negative points, but would still give 5 stars overall. We noticed the kettle was leaking the morning after we first arrived and informed the owner the following day when we realised that it was leaking on the electrical contacts on the base so made it unsafe to use. Owner was quick to respond, thanked us for letting her know and said she would get a replacement when she got back. As this was a Sunday we thought perhaps it might be replaced at some point during the week. We were there for 12 nights and it wasn't replaced. I understand it's not exactly an emergency to replace it immediately, but it was a bit of a pain boiling a pan of water for every cup of tea or coffee. The information folder in the apartment stated that the bed sheets and towels would be changed halfway through the stay for stays of over 10 nights or more. We stayed 12 nights and they did not get changed. We had washed the towels ourselves by this point, although there wouldn't have been space to hang the bed sheets out so couldn't wash them. We didn't bother contacting the owner as we had already messaged about the kettle which didn't get resolved and just wanted to get on with enjoying our holiday. I would imagine this service might have been provided by a housekeeping company which probably hadn't been informed we were staying over 10 nights.

Beautiful apartment and much larger than expectecd. Excellent kitchen fully equipped, large double bedroom and bathroom. Shower very good. Lots of towels and all very clean throughout. Will definitely stay again.

Very Very noisy at at night due to swimming pool being maintained. Followed Liz suggestion and took ear plugs! They didn’t help. The pool was then closed, without warning, on 1st April and didn’t reopen till 9th April, the day before we came home. Very disappointing.

The apartment is in a central location in PDC and has all mod cons including lots of cupboard space in the bedroom and bathroom. There is everything you need in the kitchen although we usually only had breakfast at "home". The bed is also very comfortable. Unfortunately, there is a water pump which comes on at night and is rather disturbing. Most of the other residents in the complex seemed to spend all day by the pool and put their towels on their selected lounger as early as 7am, so if you want to use one in front of the apartment, take note! We rented a car but if you don't want to, there is a bus stop two minutes walk away which will take you to Arrecife, the airport and beyond, and it's easy to walk down to the sea and harbour for wonderful walks and countless bars and restaurants. There is also a SPAR right opposite the complex.

Spacious,bright well equipped kitchen,large shower with oodles of hot water and great to have a double bed compared to the usual two singles that you normally get in these apartments. The only downside was the noise from the pool at night time very irritating and difficult to get to sleep.The last night of our stay there was no noise for some reason and it was heaven.Overall had a lovely stay and if that pool issue could be sorted would have been 5 stars

Had a fantastic time and if ever I was to go back, this is the apartment I would choose. Very well equipped, kitchen has all you need. Wi Fi is very good, modern bathroom and comfortable bed. Central to the old and the new town, coming back from the new town is all up hill, having said that we are in our 60's and we made it back with no trouble. Good shops and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk.

The appartement was very modern and clean. Great bathroom with large shower and plenty of hot water. Kitchen was very well equipped and we were able to cook everything we wanted. The pool was an added bonus and although a little cool we were able to swim most days. The location was ideal, close to the beach, restaurants and plenty of supermarkets. This is definitely an appartement where we shall stay again.

We have just returned from a relaxing week in this lovely apartment. It is spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed and all the kitchen utensils you could need. Perfect location on the edge of the old town only a few minutes walk from the main shopping area and supermarkets. If you fancy exploring other parts of the island, there’s a very handy bus stop. The only downside is the noise from the pool pump at night. Easily remedied by wearing earplugs.

Our second time to stay at this property and will hopefully return soon, Very clean with lovey kitchen area, would highly recommend.

Stayed 10-17 March 2018 as a family of four, this was our second time at the apartment, such a great place and even better when you know your way around. The apartment has all the facilities that you need and Liz the owner is very quick at responding should you have any questions. Looking forward to returning in the future.

The apartment is on a small complex just up the hill from the town centre. It is well furnished, clean and comfortable, nicely set on the ground floor and near to the pool. It is within easy reach of the harbour, the beaches and many excellent restaurants and bars. You don't need a car as the bus stop is 200 yards away. The kitchen is well fitted with modern appliances and the shops are close by, so ideal if you like a change from dining out.

We had a great time at the lanzamar , lovely modern clean apartment in a perfect location . Hope to book again in the spring .

We stayed in this apartment at the end of October/early November. We were very lucky i think in that the weather was glorious the whole week... sunny and 28/29 degrees.. little bit cool some evenings but still ok away with just a thin cardigan/jumper. The apartment was really well equipped. Very very clean and modern. Ideal location on the ground floor just by the pool - only downside is you don't have a very large outside area, but large enough for 2 to sit comfortably for lunch or breakfast. The Apt gets the sun all day but in an evening (in the winter months) it does go down around 4/5 pm behind the apts located to the RHS of the apt. The Apartment complex is very nice. It's well maintained... the pool guy came everyday to clean the pool area etc. People did the usual hogging sunbeds with towels and we spoke to a couple who said in August it's a real problem! The pool (although Nov) was cool but you could still swim! Back to the apartment it's a great location, Spar just behind and a Lidl just a little bit further on up the hill. It's fantastic for walking to both the old town and the new! not to bad a walk at all back up the hill... there are steps and an alleyway from the New town which make it pretty quick and easy. They are not steep steps either. A full sized ironing board would have been useful. I did struggle a little with the mini /counter one.. but not really an issue. The good thing about this apt, there was sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, tea bags and coffee! We did buy a jar but left what we didn't use. These are the things if you're only there for a week you don't want to have to buy, so it was a bonus to have them there already. Someone had even left some clothes washing liquid. I did replace it with an Aerial before i left :) There was a bit of noise overnight from the pool pump possibly. We did report this to Liz who responded instantly and she did say that in the summer when the fan is on in the bedroom she's never heard it.. we didn't need the fan in the bedroom in the night so possibly that's why we did. it wasn't a big issue though overall a great stay and would definitely go back. If you like walking the walk from Puerto Del Carmen to Puerto Calero is lovely.. you do need trainers or pumps rather than flip flops as there is a small part which is a bit rocky and uneven but the majority of the walk right along the coast is lovely. We left about 9.30 am before it got to hot. Took about 1 hr to walk at a comfortable pace

Well what can I say , me and my partner just got back from Lanzarote after a 10night stay in this apartment in the ocean lanzamar complex The apartment itself was lovely, bright and Modern and had everything you need for a relaxed convinenet holiday It was 2 yards from the pool and sunbeds straight outside your door The location was perfect , right in the middle of the old and new town so you had the best of both worlds , the beach was also only a 10 minute walk away All in all a lovely holiday The only things I can pick fault with are the air con wasn't really that cool (that might just be because we didn't have it set properly) but the fan in the bedroom was good enough and be careful at the end of the bed we both banged our knees on the corners of the bed frame a few times as they kind of stick up at each end Although I'm not letting them 2 things stop this apartment from being 5 stars because we absolutely loved it Thanks again Liz Ryan
