We had a great time. Location was in perfect spot for easy access to anything you want to do. Only thing I would suggest is maybe some maintainer on the dryer. We had to dry multiple times to get things dried.

The property location was perfect for us. The property itself was very nice. We were disappointed that the main pool lights had been broken for weeks and had not been fixed. We did not have the option for night swimming at the largest pool. We had asked to be informed of possibly checking in early, but there was no communication sent to us that the property was even ready when it was supposed to be. The condo was very nice and spacious and was very clean. I wish there had been more kitchen essentials such as Tupperware, containers to mix drinks in, etc. There were no pot holders or oven mitts. It would have also been nice to have a few cleaning supplies under the sink as we have always had that at other condos.
Overall, we were happy with the stay though and would definitely stay there again.

Location was great! Property management was very good to respond in very timely manner with any questions or concerns I had. The condo was great size but could use some updates some of the bedroom and bathroom doors were hard to open and they did not lock. We always ran out of hot water. But overall it was a great vacation with view!

The room was just as pictured. The kitchen was beautiful! We've stayed at a few different places, but this condo by far had the best stocked kitchen. Everything I needed they had. Of course the views were stunning. The room exceeded my expectationsLong Beach Resort is very secure. The only recommendation is that LBR would put more lighting around the pool areas and the ground level walkway to the pools. Which doesn't have any baring on the condo itself, but just a suggestion. Cleanliness of the condo..... top notch!!!

The unit is very spacious and clean. This was our second time staying in this particular unit and it never disappoints. My one and only complaint is that their luggage carts are very old and are falling apart. Long Beach Resort needs to invest in some new ones but this has nothing to do with the owner of the unit or Blue Swell. We have been renting from Blue Swell for several years now and our experience is always a great one. Definitely recommend.

The lobby and elevator area smelled like something was dead and rotting. Everyday they had a cleaning company moping with strong deoderizer that did not help. It was disgusting and ruined our trip.We litteraly had to cover up our noses wen entering and leaving.The unit had many broken things in it also .No attention to details.

What I love about LBR is its location & ease in all the transitions. Getting into the parking lot, getting up to my room, getting to the beach, etc. It's not as crowded as many places which I love.There is room on the beach in front of the condo versus it being super packed.

Rust on ceiling? maybe even mold in bathroom
Bathroom light missing
Pictures hung crocked
Large kitchen table scratched dirty
Dirty old damaged dishes
Owner left several personal items in both closets minimizing closet space
Each closet had only three old hangers two of which where broken
Coffee machine was broken
Paint and other storage items in Laundry room
The last night the patio door stopped working
I do not recommend renting this unit

Hello! We very much enjoyed our first family vacation of 4. Our main purpose was to allow our children to experience Florida and the beach, along with having a nice place to stay. However, our condo could have been cleaner. The master bedroom ceiling has dust and the wall against the headboard also has a build up of dust. The kitchen table glass was also dirty upon our arrival. The water heater could not hold up with both showers going at the same time and the warm water ran out within 10mins of use. These are minor things to address. We still greatly appreciated our stay!

We stayed at Long Beach resort. I loved the condo layout (both bedrooms had beach views) and a great sized balcony. Great pools. Cold air. Fast elevators. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. If I had to say anything negative- there wasn’t a ice maker in the fridge. Overall good place and Would stay again. It was as described. Blue swell was great handling everything.

I was a little nervous as this is the first time I rented through vacasa/blue swells etc. The rental process was fairly easy. The app explained the check in and check out procedures, door code etc. The condo had the best view with floor to ceiling windows in both bedrooms and living room and kitchen!

Perfect spot
Location was perfect and the view was amazing!! Lots of room for everyone. Balcony is large. Building is getting outdated and some small upgrades would make it nicer but that was not a big deal for us. Biggest issue was the smell in the elevator! It kept getting stronger every day, smelled like mold and took our breath away. But overall would definitely stay here again!

This condo was great.It was clean and well stocked.I was glad to see that it had tile in the living room instead of the carpet shown in the pictures.It had a great view and easy access to all the amenities.I have stayed in a lot of condos over the years and I believe this was the largest and the most comfortable of all of them.Great communication with the rental company.Thanks for a job well done,we enjoyed it.

Pleasant stay
Blue Swell pro merry management was wonderful communicating and the property was great! We enjoyed our stay.
The only thing I can say is that the pans provided in the kitchen were lacking. We did not plan to cook much but we did cook breakfast and the pans were old and lacking. Just 2 small old pans. Other than that we had everything we needed and had wonderful stay!
