Come una casa lontano da casa, è confortevole e arredata secondo standard elevati con un mix di mobili moderni e d'epoca, A/C, ascensore per accedere a tutti i piani e materassi di alta qualità in tutti i letti: il luogo ideale dove tornare dopo una giornata trascorsa a visitare la città. Ideale per una o due famiglie o un gruppo di amici che vogliono scoprire la storia e il carattere di Siviglia vivendo in una casa di lusso. La facciata principale si affaccia sul palazzo di Don Miguel Mañara, sulla cui vita si basa il carattere universale di Don Juan Tenorio. Il palazzo medievale è stato ammodernato in stile rinascimentale nel XVI sec. ed è stato dichiarato “Patrimonio Storico di Spagna”. La facciata laterale si affaccia su un viale di alberi di arancio di fronte alla chiesa di S. Bartolomeo, costruita nel XVIII sec. sulle rovine dell'antica sinagoga centrale di Siviglia.

This was an excellent base for 8 friends to explore Seville.Host Maria was incredibly helpful and we loved sitting on the roof terrace with a glass of wine in the late evening.

I stayed in this property with 5 friends and it was perfect. It is very well kept and in my opinion the pictures do not do it justice.
It is very well located, a short walk from the cathedral and bars and restaurants. At the same time it is in a very quiet location.
It is well equipped with numerous bathrooms. The terrace proved to be a great facility, providing a welcome place to relax at the end of the day.
Maria is an incredible host. I was booking at short notice and after the initial contact she requested that I hold off booking whilst she resolved an issue with the aircon. She was aware this would be an issue for us and there was obviously a risk to her that I could have booked another property. I think alot of hosts would have kept quiet about the issue to secure the booking with little thought for us. Needless to say the issue was resolved and we finalised the booking.
Maria was incredibly accommodating letting one of the party into the property ahead of time and allowing us some flexibility upon checkout. She was quick to respond to our queries and offer help. All hosts should be like this.
We had no problems with the property and I would happily stay there again.
I highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay emensley. We had a few issues with wi-fi and the hot water heater & AC but Maria worked diligently to solve all of those issues.
It is a four story home but the lift (elevator) was very convenient and worked well for those who preferred not to use the stairs. We also very much enjoyed the rooftop patio AND SHOWER Up there!!
We were within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, Alcazar & the cathederal & Plaza del Torro! We took several buggy rides to tour the Plaza Espania & other places and they were delightful.
Saville is one of our favorite destinations in Europe!

We were a group of 9 (although not all were in the house at the same time) and very extremely happy with the house. Exactly as described, comfortable, clean, and since the weather was hotter than expected we really appreciated the COLD A/C!! We loved the rooftop terrace for breakfast and late night gathering. The location was close to most everything we wanted to go to, but wasn't loud. Overall, very pleased, and we would stay there again. Maria was very responsive to all questions and concerns.

Spent the week with family exploring Seville. Beautiful home centrally located. Everything we needed and more. Communication with the house manager Maria was seamless. Housekeeper Loli was so kind as we were leaving. Comfortable beds. Relaxing common areas. Easily adjustable A/C but also plenty of fresh air and sunlight. So much room. Excellent space for family of parents, young teens, college age and young adults. Brought an HDMI and adapter to easily stream movies from Netflix for the younger set on the TV for a treat while the older set went out late at night. Rooftop patio was literally the best! Gorgeous days and nights spent relaxing in this space. Washer/Dryer was a huge plus. Would definitely stay again. 5+

Pros - close to centre, so easy to walk everywhere, spacious, airy, roof terrace, good air con, comfortable beds, very clean, friendly host
Cons - no welcome pack with water/milk which would have been helpful as we had a late arrival, emergency phone in lift not working - lack of clear instructions on how to use the lift (should be on poster as well as in blue folder) meant that assistance was needed and engineer was called out, sewage smell at times from a couple of the bathrooms

This property is fantastic. We loved everything about it - the decor, the overall spaciousness for our group, the privacy of each bedroom and bathroom and the rooftop terrace. Plus, the location is in close proximity to shopping, dining and sites but not noisy. We were very sad to leave.

Pros - house is in quiet location right in the heart of the city, big living/dining room, lots of bathrooms, lovely roof terrace. Cons - floors are marble so noise carries, kitchen on the small side. Host responded to all questions promptly. Would recommend this house

Maria’s property is perfect for a large group to stay at and explore Seville. Can walk to all the sights and are close to the train station. We really enjoyed our time here and would stay again. Maria is very responsive and helpful.

The property itself was lovely. Three floors with a rooftop patio and an elevator to make life easier. The property manager was easy to communicate with although we never met her. It would have been nice to have had a tour and learn how things worked. The house has stone/marble floors and as such sound reverberated throughout the house. Cooking was a chore as many standard implements and basic spices were not present.
Half way through our stay we started noticing a foul odour in the house. I contacted the property manager who said she would send a plumber but apparently he never came. When I followed up with her she said there was nothing he could do at the moment. I raised the issue of her compensating us for part of the stay and received no response. To my mind this was unacceptable especially considering we had a 1 and a 3 year old staying with us and exposing them to these fumes is unacceptable.
Obviously I cannot recommend this VRBO property.

Almost perfect. Only very minor grumbles. Bath towels need to be replaced with something nicer. Apartment is beautiful but sound travels up and down the four levels. Nothing you can do about it, it’s just the design. If you want privacy or you have loud teenagers who want to stay out late (like us) just be aware that you will hear them!

Beautiful house in a fantastic central location.
We were a family of five adults visiting Seville for our Spanish relatives wedding and wanted to stay together rather than in a hotel.
The house was amazing, so many rooms, big bedrooms, en-suites, bathrooms on each floor, lovely sitting room, kitchen and terrace, we were very impressed.
Maria was also most helpful and accommodating with check in and check out.
We would definitely stay here again when visiting our family in Seville.

Wonderful experience
This house is large with nice bedrooms, comfortable common areas, and a roof top terrace. The laundry and elevator were great bonuses. Our hostess Maria was incredibly generous, warm and welcoming. Thanks for everything Maria!!

Wonderful house with fabulous roof terrace
Very comfortable family home right in the heart of the old city. Perfectly quiet location, giving the experience of living in old Seville. We were able to walk to all sites and restaurants from the house. The roof terrace is a real plus as it has wonderful views for breakfast and sundowners are the end of the day.

Communication (in English) with Maria was easy. She was very helpful.
There’s a booklet with neighbourhood tips in the house.
The location of the house is within walking distance of the centre and close to many restaurants.
Check in was delegated to the next door neighbour who didn’t seem to care a lot. He just opened the door and wanted to leave immediately. We were standing in a dark house with no idea where to go or where to find keys.
After this initial disappointment, the house itself was a wonderful surprise. It’s a little palace. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, beds were great!
The rooftop terrace is a great extra (but the furniture could use an update, it’s getting rusty, so be careful with your clothes)
One thing to note, the house is advertised with a parking space, but there is no parking space included. Parking is either on the street or in a parking garage. Parking our car the first night took us almost two hours (no space available on the street, and several parking garages full).

Our family of 9 recently stayed at this home - terrific location within walking distance of most attractions, the train station and many restaurants and shops. The home is beautiful and having several bathrooms we very helpful. Maria was very responsive to our needs.

Fantastic stay.
Just returned from Seville and we loved our stay at Casco Antiguo. It was just as described. Perfectly clean. Comfortable beds. Most importantly, the A/Cs blasted cold air, which we needed after long, hot days roaming this awesome city in the summer. Finally, Maria was the most responsive owner we've ever dealt with in our 20 years of renting homes all over the world. Highly recommend.

Lovely clean property. Well equipped and furnished. Very spacious for our group of 8 adults. Great roof terrace space. The lift was very useful. Excellent situation. I would thoroughly recommend it. Maria was quick and helpful in responding to any queries.

Beautiful, spacious home, in best location!!
Our family of 8 had a wonderful experience staying here recently. The home is spacious and very well equipped to accommodate everything a family would need. It is situated off of a quiet side street in the old quarter, within minutes walking distance to all of the sites and restaurants including the train station. The home was a perfect oasis for us at the end of the day to rest and recharge. We received a warm welcome by the owner Maria who was extremely helpful and provided a wealth of information and remained available to message throughout our stay to ensure any and all questions were answered. As an added bonus the rooftop terrace and outdoor shower were nice on hot days! We highly recommend! Alicia W.

Perfect For Large Family
My family of 8 really enjoyed our stay at Maria's home in Seville last week. It's a great house with plenty of bedrooms and space, plus it is in an awesome location within the Center City of Seville. Most everything is within walking distance. Maria is an excellent host and was very responsive and accommodating before and during our stay. We highly recommend!

Living in Sevilla
We could not have asked for better accommodations for a family of five. The location is perfect for seeing most of Sevilla by walking. The house is cool, roomy and very well appointed. It truly felt like we lived for a week in this wonderful city.
When choosing a rental property, especially in another country, we strongly consider the attention and involvement of the owner in the process. With this house comes the warmth and graciousness of Maria, our host. Suffice it to say that we were in very good hands for the entirety of our stay, and we were very happy that she shared her house with us. A great choice!

Perfect Location, Wonderful House!
This is the perfect location -- right in the beautiful old town part of Sevilla, and very close to many of the major attractions (Alcazar, Catedral, Parks, etc.). Even better, it is quiet, so you can sleep well at night. The home is equipped with everything you need and the beds are very comfortable (important when you want to be rested for lots of sightseeing!). Maria was very welcoming and helpful with restaurant recommendations, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

A fabulous house, cool, spacious, great location.
This is a stunning house in a great location, walking distance from everywhere in the city. It was beautifully clean and airy with marble floors throughout. Aircon in all the rooms. The 5 double bedrooms with 5 bathrooms (2 en-suite) made it very easy for our group of 9 friends to relax and enjoy ourselves together. The kitchen was well equipped. The living areas comfortable. The terrace a great bonus (2 floors up from the kitchen and no table big enough for our group so we didn't eat up there.) Maria has been very friendly and easy to deal with throughout. I can thoroughly recommend this house.
