It was the perfect accommodation for the four of us. The beach was just below us, through a tunnel, also it had a couple small pastry and food stores close by. The kitchen had all we needed, just like at home. (toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, etc) It was 40 minutes by walk into the city center, but we did it back and forth in one day, even though we had a car. The path runs next to the beach, so it was a perfect scenery for us. The plus for us was that the flat had a closed parking garage for our rental car. Estela and Pablo were great hosts. We have visited a bunch of nearby cities around the area. (Villajoyosa, Benidorm, Altea, Elche, Santa Pola and even the Tabarca island) It was a perfect getaway and I would recommend it to everyone to visit the area at least once in their lifetime.

Das Apartment hat eine tolle Aussicht vom 2. Stock des Wohnkomplexes aufs Meer. Des Weiteren befindet sich ein Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe in einem Parkhaus. Die große Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer war sehr bequem.

Die Nachbarn hatten drei Hunde, wodurch es sehr laut war. Man hörte nachts auch die Nachbarn vom oberen Stockwerk. Da das Schlafzimmerbett auch nicht komfortabel war, fand man nicht den besten Schlaf. Auf ein paar Kochutensilien befanden sich noch eingetrocknete Speisereste.

El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de vacaciones cerca del mar. Tiene unas bonitas vistas del Mediterráneo y está situado en una zona con muchos servicios (cafeterías, restaurantes, farmacia, tiendas de alimentación...) La playa está a unos minutos caminando. Sales del apartamento y en cinco minutos estás dándote un baño. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y puntuales. Solicitamos un ventilador adicional y nos lo facilitaron enseguida.

Quizás estaría mejor una cama más grande.

Absolutely everything perfect. Wonderful apartment and spectacular view. Fully equipped kitchen and everything you need for home and beach. The owner is very friendly and always available.

The apartment is conveniently located near the seaside. There's a tunnel which links the block of flats directly with the beach so you don't have to cross the busy street. You can also pop out to a cafe or buy groceries, get your bread from the local shops on the ground floor, and a bus stop is just underneath the block. If you're coming with a car, there's a garage where you can park it and it's free of charge.

The apartment is really for two persons only. We came with kids and while they were quite comfortable in the separate bedroom we struggled with the noise from the very busy street underneath (the flat is only on the second floor so you hear every single car). On top of that the sofa in the living room is not really fit for sleeping, it consists of four separate parts or cubes which tend to slide apart.
