La Villa "Coral Suite". 18 posti letto. Suite luna di miele / nuziale su tutto il piano superiore per l'uso esclusivo dei viaggiatori di nozze, con letto king size / grande divano, tavolino, minibar, TV, DVD, ampio bagno (12mq) con vasca idromassaggio / idromassaggio e un grande balcone privato. 1 camera matrimoniale con letto matrimoniale. Due ampie camere da letto matrimoniali. Plus 3 ampie camere da letto con due letti singoli. 4 divani letto nel soggiorno. Arredato ai più alti standard. Idealmente progettato per grandi gruppi di partito, matrimoni, anniversari. Piscina privata con vasca idromassaggio interna. Il "Pegasus" Music Lounge / Bar Party Lounge con tavolo da biliardo / biliardo e una tavola da freccette che si estende fino al patio piscina e un'area di seduta in tutti gli ambienti sotto l'ombra di una forma speciale Kiosk è l'ideale per i gruppi del gruppo. Splendida luce solare / luna e set solari / luna. Giardino colorato e curato. Brezza del sale marino - Prime location - meravigliose viste! Molto vicino al porto di Paphos con le barche da pesca, navi da crociera. Negozi locali, ristoranti, bar, supermercati e altri servizi a soli 5 minuti a piedi / 15 minuti a piedi dalla villa. Le tombe dei re, i mosaici romani, le rovine storiche e il castello medievale a soli 15 minuti di auto dalla villa. Buona la vita notturna nella famosa area Coral Bay e Coral Bay protetta spiaggia sabbiosa è a 5 minuti in auto! Prime location - Breeze del mare - vedute meravigliose!

Good communication with host who was friendly and met us in village and took us to villa, it is in such an obscure place you would never find it it. Approach is via a hugely steep gradient unmade track, which terrified me.The area by the villa is unkempt with rubbish such as old sunbeds thrown in hedges.
Th villa is set over three levels with many staircases both outside and inside and not suitable for mobile toddlers or people with mobility problems.
Property tierd and needs tlc, not 'luxury' as described, pool area matresses and seating area cushions very badly worn/torn, very poor presentation.
Some bathrooms tatty, peeling units,lounge seating worn and tatty. Some furniture hugely worn and
HOT TUB is non existent, they are describing an indoor large bath, very misleading and disappointing.
We enjoyed our family stay but the villa is very tierd and not luxury.

14 schöne Tage auf Zypern
Wir haben Mitte April 2022 mit 3 Generationen (8 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder zwischen 2 und 13 Jahren) im Haus verbracht. Tolle Aussicht, sehr netter Gastgeber Angelo, herrliche Anlage mit gut ausgestatteter Küche, teilweise aber etwas abgewohnten Möbeln (Betten machten teilweise Rückenschmerzen) und am Beginn Probleme mit dem warmen Wasser. Als der Geschirrspüler kaputt ging, kam sofort am nächsten Tag eine neue. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch wenn einige den Pool als zu klein und das Wasser darin als zu kalt empfunden haben. Wir wünschen Angelo weiterhin zufriedene Gäste und bedanken uns bei ihm für sein Entgegenkommen bei der Stornierungsvereinbarung.

60 års firande
Vi hade en jättebra vecka, vi var 10 vuxna och 5 barn och barnen var överlyckliga att kunna bada när som helst. Gick bra att göra middagar där och firandet av 60års kalaset blev väldigt lyckat. Hade bra kontakt med Angelo, fick snabbt svar på mina frågor inför resan dit. Men det behövs att man hyr bil, backigt att gå och lite långt att gå. Men annars tycker jag det är värt pengarna att hyra villan. Kan tänka mig att komma tillbaka. /Anette

This place has amazing views & the space is fantastic for a big family group. We had an amazing time, however we had to do a big clean before we could do anything else, I don’t think the cooker hood had ever been wiped over! The whole place is looking very tired, obviously the up keep, is not kept up. You do need a car when staying here as just walking down & up the drive would be a hike in itself. If you have a car you are central to many places.

Stunning views, not very clean
This place has amazing views & the space is fantastic for a big family group. We had an amazing time, however we had to do a big clean before we could do anything else, I don’t think the cooker hood had ever been wiped over! The whole place is looking very tired, obviously the up keep, is not kept up. You do need a car when staying here as just walking down & up the drive would be a hike in itself. If you have a car you are central to many places.

No welcome pack on arrival, nor any waste bins throughout the property (bins subsequently provided later)..
No owners manual, so we could refer as necessary. Example - only halfway through our holiday did we discover how to turn on gas supply so we could not use the gas rings for cooking.
A/C system noisy, and two units leaked water over beds whilst children asleep, which had to be repaired mid-way through or holiday.
Decoration of property (apart from Master Suite) poor, paintwork in mid-level kitchen/dining room/bedrooms appalling. Outside paintwork/rendering blistering and peeling. Swimming pool surround heavily stained and discoloured.
Furniture, particularly dining chairs in poor state and should be replaced.
Some dining chairs removed mid-way through holiday but not replaced, meaning not all guests could be accommodated at any one time.
Apart from Master Suite, property certainly not to the standard expected for the amount paid for our stay.

Absolutely brilliant property.
The villa is great. Nice big rooms, large kitchen & eating area. Downstairs bar, pool table & dart board plus great outside pool area. All round brilliant property. Well recommended but a car is a must.

Fantastic Villa with first calss views. Very well equiped for large groups and accomodates all ages
we were a family fo 12 with a varied age range from 19 moths , small children, teenagers younger adults and mums and dads. Every one loved the villa. the photos dont do it justice, its even nicer when ypu get there. Fab views . A car is a must as the hill is very steep. Highly recommended. Thje owner Angelo is extremely helpful and responsive. Welcome pack was a god send as we arrived late in the evening. Would love to be there right now.
Plent tp do in Phapos and Coral Bay . Latchi and Polis also very pretty. Great day at thw water park , its a bit pricey though.
