Super easy to access the village. Parking was an issue. We had our Thule rack on and was to tall for the parking garage. So we had to park offsite and pay for it. Information book was full of great suggestions for restaurants and activities.

This is a great property that’s tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the village but a super easy walk to get anywhere. Great location, and it was so nice having our own hot tub after a long day on the mountain.
If you’re planning on getting there before check-in, make sure you coordinate with Trevor in advance to drop your bags.

Rooms were clean and great to have everything on one level. Close to shops and restaurants. Having a hot tub was a bonus. Fireplace wasn't working so had to turn up the thermostat.

All went to plan - easy check in, apartment had everything needed to provide for an easy stay including cooking facilities. Quiet and secure resort, but easy access to restaurants and bars, and to the slopes. We had one small question and Trevor responded immediately to sort it. His instructions and recommendations were really useful and the best we have seen - made things really easy. Parking was not always easy - many large cars took up two spaces so we had to squeeze in.

The house is situated not far from the centre of the city, but far enough away of the the noise and the crouwds.It was great to have a hot tub, we used it every day after the skiing and snowboarding.The house was comfortable, good beds, nice fireplace and complete kitchen.All 4 of us loved it.Good to have two badrooms as well.Everything worked well and the house was clean!

We rented a two bedroom two bath condo with private hot tub, the entire place was a perfect size for two couples + baby. The owner was extremely helpful and welcoming upon our arrival, we were able to get into the condo a little earlier and was able to put our bags in a safe place until we got in the condo. The property is kept well, shared heated pool/hot tub if you want that option. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need for a stay. Beds were comfortable. We were just across the street from the shuttle or you can walk to the base of Whistler in 15minutes. No complaints about our stay, will definitely come back!! Thanks again!

#99 Glaciers Reach was just perfect for our family of four, with plenty of space for two teenagers. With a supermarket just across the road and a well appointed kitchen, self-catering is super easy. The main lifts are a 15min walk thru the village or jump on the free #4 bus, or change to the #5 for the upper village. The beds are super comfortable and we loved having our own hot tub for relaxing after a day’s skiing. I really appreciated the complimentary coffee and can also recommend having some groceries home delivered for your arrival, especially after a long journey from Australia. There is a drying rack and plenty of hangers, and the gas fire keeps you cosy and warm. The location is quiet, but it’s easy to get to the village if you want some nightlife. We took a shuttle from the airport but if you are travelling by public bus the bus depot is about a 10 min walk. Can highly recommend Glaciers Reach!

Location was great, the apartment was just what we needed and we used the hot tub every day after skiing which was fantastic. Trevor who manages the place took great care of us and was super helpful. The property was exactly as described and Trevor had a great set of instructions for parking and how to get into the rental. A picture of where to insert the key for parking would be beneficial especially when you arrive at night. The property was clean and well-maintained. Our toddler loved the open space and everything being on one floor. In terms of customer service, I think this has been the best we've had from any Air properties as the managers were on site each day and liked to check in. I would definitely recommend it to friends and relatives. Check out the Red door Bistro for food!It was amazing! The hot tub was a fabulous feature which we took advantage of each night after the toddler was asleep. If anything, it would've been great to have more options with the TV (Netflix/options to sign into Disney+ etc) but we used our laptop too which was fine! The bed, linens and furniture were comfortable.Thank you!!

Suite had all the amenities we could possibly want, suite was fairly clean (coffee pot needed cleaning and floor needed a vacuuming), and quiet. Suite was hard to find, it’s a bit of a maze to find the door. Will recommend to friends and family and will definitely stay again.

Fantastic location, no car needed to get around. Only steps away from the action, but far away enough to feel secluded. Suite was much larger then expected. Great for families and groups. Sara the cleaning lady must get an honourable mention, not to busy to sit and chat. Thanks Trevor.

My 4 kids and I stayed here for a couple of nights and we LOVED it! The apartment itself is BIG and spacious and it's in a great location close to the free shuttle, supermarket and bottle shop. It is also a lovely stroll into the main village if you have an afternoon off skiing. We loved having our own hot tub, but also used the common swimming pool. Would definitely stay there again, althugh I do wish there were bunks in the second bedroom. Trevor was great to deal with! Thanks Trevor and owners!

Decent location walking distance to village. Stayed in #99. The condo itself is just ok. Decent size. Air conditioning only in bedrooms. When it’s got out the living room/kitchen area is stifling hot. Aircon doesn’t spread to there. Aircon units are super loud, so hard to sleep if left on.
Fridge was left on a high setting. Something we didn’t think to check when we arrived. It froze a good portion of our food, which had to be thrown away (Costco size bag of Romain lettuce, veggies tray, eggs that exploded and a big bags of mushrooms)
I am Not sure if it’s the fridge malfunctioning that caused it or the temp setting, so I turned It way down.
When I messaged the manager I was told the house keepers can’t possibly check that since they have so much to do, dismissively.
Last night the fireplace started making the loudest noise at 4AM, waking us all up. Lasted about an hour then just stopped.
The place just needs some maintenance. Old and tired.
Fridge was left on a high setting. Something we didn’t think to check when we arrived. It froze a good portion of our food, which had to be thrown away (Costco size bag of Romain lettuce, veggies tray, eggs that exploded and a big bags of mushrooms)
I am Not sure if it’s the fridge malfunctioning that caused it or the temp setting, so I turned It way down.

We spent five days here in July. It was nice to get a few days away and Whistler is beautiful . This location is the best and the condo met all our needs, spacious and where the two rooms are located allowed for some privacy. Trevor was very responsive we contacted him that the propane was low and responded immediately. We love this location and would definitely return
