The room was wonderful. The open-concept room with the bathtub overlooking greenery was a great touch. Bed was comfortable, the tv was large and on a swivel mount, and there was plenty of space. There was a bench and table on the balcony for breakfast in the morning as well. Staff was very kind and incredibly helpful - we have been backpacking for 5 months and this was our first stay specifically to relax and re-energize. We changed our dates, used the laundry service, inquired about scooter rentals, used the room service, and the staff always tried to help us however they could. They made the stay worth it, and we felt so comfortable the entire time.

Location is a bit far from Ubud - about 10 minutes to Grab Bike in. The ants get in as the rooms are semi-open to the outside. Many roosters around and let me tell you, roosters just give 'er all day and they start early. Facilities could be slightly cleaner.

The room was very clean, breakfast (served on the balcony) had a lot of choice (and was pretty good size), highly recommend the omelette, smoothie bowl and pancakes + their coffee is very rich and tasty. The staff spoke really good English, was always helpful and kind, when we arrived our plane was late and someone stayed up waiting for us with our room key. Their restaurant menu for dinner is also very good value for money. We asked for laundry and it all came back fresh and clean, would highly recommend. A highlight is the view from the hotel, looking over coconut trees and rice fields. We also got 2 large bottles of water each day which was a plus. Would 100% come back!!!

Location is ok, it seemed pretty difficult to drive to by bike when you are a fresh starter, but with some bravery it is possible (we personally never drove a scooter there). Nothing that they could change :)

Stedet var veldig rent, og man fikk det man betalte for. Ville virkelig anbefalt om man skal unne seg en litt finere overnatting.

Full of centipedes, everywhere even in the room. The pool very dirty, no one using it.

Nice staff, pictures on booking.com matched reality, location is nice and quiet, easy to get around with a scooter

AC wasnt strong enough to cool the room so it was quite hot and humid from time to time, pool area is infested with worms but cant blame the hotel for that, pool could be little bit cleaner.

La amabilidad del personal los chicos son muy buenos y cumplieron con todos nuestros requerimientos.

Esta algo alejado pero en moto no son mas de 10 minutos del centro de ubud, la caja de seguridad no funcionaba porque un huésped de había llevado la llave.

Het ontbijt en de lieve medewerkers. De locatie was ook top, net buiten het drukke gedeelte maar wel op een mooie locatie. Verder waren de kamers ontzettend schoon.

Airco stond de koud en konden het niet zelf aanpassen. Wellicht hadden we dit wel kunnen vragen aan de medewerkers. Verder werd onze was met een express delivery waardoor het 10x zo duur was. Dit hadden we niet gevraagd. De andere kamer op onze boeking had dit alleen gevraagd.
