La ubicación

La entrada al edificio está tremendamente sucia (había hasta vómitos de borrachera), las escaleras comunitarias eran excesivamente peligrosas (menos mal que no nos llovió), el apartamento tenía las persianas rotas, los utensilios de cocina eran mínimos y estaban sucios, no había lámparas en el techo (solo las de las mesitas de noche; ni siquiera una lámpara para iluminar la cocina). Los cristales estaban sucísimos (se podrían plantar patatas en ellos...). La mesa para comer era mínima, la puerta de la nevera estaba descolgada y al tirar de ella se salía el frigorífico de su posición. Las almohadas tenían más usos que las de un hostel barato. Una relación calidad precio absolutamente decepcionante tomando en consideración que estamos en un país como Dinamarca. El trato con la propiedad totalmente nulo, no pudimos hacer ningún cambio en los horarios de check in. APARTAMENTO DECEPCIONANTE !!!!

The studio in a nice historical building in the city center, around the corner from the town hall, close the the shops and metro. The owners kindly allowed an early check-in. The place is well equipped (bathroom, kitchenette), also including consumables, and reasonably clean.

The place needs basic maintenance - the fridge was loose and about to fall out the kitchen cabinet, the kitchen tap was loose too. There is no furniture to store stuff. The view from the windows is gloomy as they face the neighboring houses across the yard. The description is a bit confusing as it says the holiday house, while only a studio is actually rented out.

Letti singoli e non un matrimoniale, stoviglie sporche e polvere in eccesso. Non molto pulito, contatto in presenza assente con l Host. Solo indicazioni via SMS. Poca empatia

It was up 50 steps on 3rd floor No lift

Position was perfect, placed in the very centre of the town, moreover the metroline very close so you can travel everywhere in town

kitchen was not so clean and the fridge was unstable, there was no product to clean the room by ourself, there was only one tea towel for 5 days of staying. No loundry available nor clothesline.
