Absolutely a wonderful stay. Fantastic location…walk to everything, including the river. Fully stocked kitchen, beautifully decorated, and a fabulous porch! Highly recommend both the town and the condo.

The location is exceptional! You are just 2 blocks from the main street and right next to river park. The condo was perfect for us and so beautiful! We will most definitely book again.

We had a wonderful time at Carolyn's place and would certainly book it again. The location is perfect for walking around and exploring Leavenworth.
Though they are certainly not deal breakers, there are a few items I would note. The elevator seems to be a little temperamental and didn't always work, so I would be aware of that if you're in a position where you need to use it. The floors of the unit also seem to be very thin as we could hear every noise in the unit above. Last, there is a Keurig and a coffee pot, but only one days worth of pods were provided and there was no ground coffee. Just something to be aware if you're a coffee drinker and doing your shopping before check-in.

Clean unit with plenty of room for 4 people, nicely decorated and in a good location. Parking for one car in the garage. We had 2 cars, so we parked in the free parking lot at the riverfront park just below the unit in the daytime. Then we parked in a parking space closer to the unit after hours, when parking was free.

We stayed here for a quick visit to Leavenworth and the property was perfect for us! The location was excellent and allowed for us to easily explore the town. The condo was as listed and communication with owners was clear and quick.

Beautiful, very well appointed, immaculate unit. Convenient
access to downtown & walking trails. The only down side was that it could be noisy. The establishment across the street has very loud outside music & there were very noisy children in the unit above running & jumping off furniture etc..

We loved the convenient location! We only used our car once during our stay. It was nice to be so close to the Gazebo and Festhalle for our events and leisurely walks at Waterfront Park. I opened my bedroom door one morning to find two young deer outside as they walked into the park. Magical! We enjoyed the kitchen as we ate many meals in. The corner deck is amazing! Nice furniture and table on the deck. The beds are comfortable. The condo is very spacious and super clean. I hope to stay here again!

Condo was in a great location! It was down two blocks from the main drag, so quieter. However, was so easy to walk around town, no driving needed! Condo was spacious for four adults.

This was our second time staying in this condo and just as we expected it was wonderful. It was VERY clean, very comfortable, and it's in a fantastic location. Downtown, but next to the riverfront park so you don't get all the noise. Very convenient location, as you just walk to nearly everything, unless you have an outdoor activity you need to drive to that can't be reached by bike. It's a fantastic condo, and I couldn't recommend it more.

Took my daughter and her friends here for her birthday weekend and we all had a great time, condo was just like home, has everything you need and is in the perfect location with the most stunning Mountain Views! Beds, couches and all furniture was very comfortable and the place is very well maintained. Owners were wonderful! Thank you guys for letting us share your slice of heaven for the weekend!

Only issue we had was burned out lightbulbs and the screen door was off the track. The condo is very nice and having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was great!

I am so glad I found this condo! The location is perfect! It's incredibly close to all of the shops, but just far enough that you can relax away from all of the "noise". It was super clean and just as pictured. I will definitely be looking to stay here in the future!

We parked in the garage & never needed our car again- we walked to the Alpine Coaster, the River Float picked us up across the street from our condo & we were right in the village for shops & food! The condo was clean & spacious. We had a great time! :)

My family loved staying here, great location, close to everything. The only down side was not being able to use the patio since it gets dirty every day from the dirt road that leads down to the river, lots of vehicles and tour companies use the road and the patio gets dirty all day long from the clouds of dirt in the air from all the traffic. Otherwise, a great place to stay.

This was the ideal place to stay in Leavenworth for Maifest. It’s right off downtown with just a one block walk to everything. The balcony looks out over the mountains and riverfront park for an amazing view. It’s very quiet, and probably the cleanest short term rental we’ve ever stayed at. Impeccably clean. The whole experience w as a joy from beginning to end and I can’t recommend this place enough!
