The Amica is approximately 30 minutes walk to the city centre. It is an excellent price per night for a city centre accommodation. The accommodation does not accept hen/stay parties or guests bringing any other people back to the accommodation. They expect you to be quiet between the hours 10pm-9am. You can access the accommodation after 2.30 pm using a pin code. The accommodation has a bathroom, double bed and plenty of plug sockets throughout the property and especially next to the bed. The bed is comfortable. The room comes with a fridge and kettle. Plenty of coffee, milk and tea were left in the room. The owner contacted us each day to ask if we wanted additional coffee etc and if the room needed tidying up.

The kitchen in the house was well equipped to make breakfast and the owner of the place kept all the useful things in place like cooking oil, salt, sugar, and other basic things.

There was absolutely nothing for which you would not like the place, it is so perfect for the stay.

The place was great, nicely appointed. Ear plugs are provided for road noise if the windows were open. The shower was great and the kitchen was huge. The location is very convenient for take out food and groceries.

It was hot in the apartment due to the weather, but without a top sheet or light blanket and only a duvet, it was either hot or cool. So awake a lot.

la chambre est confortable, la salle de bain attenante est spacieuse. Shan est à disposition et prend soin de ses hotes. le parking est un gros plus en ville de Belfast. les arrets de bus ne sont pas loins.

un peu excentré. meme si le service bus fonctionne très bien il faut quand meme se rendre compte qu il faut environ 10-15min de bus pour relier le centre. notre chambre était au 1er étage, dès lors sil y a du monde à l étage du dessus vous les entendrez marcher parler etc...pas problématique mais à savoir lorsque l on book :-)

Good price, and overall comfortable! Also appreciated the parking spots. Very friendly staff (helpful, available and easy to find via chat), even if we did not meet anyone in person.

The location was not as good as we had thought it would be, when making the booking. Not sure if there was miscalculation due to km/miles conversion (e.g. Titanic museum appeared 1.3 km away in website, while the real, walking distance was more than 3 km).

Everything was great really nice place and clean room, but what really made all the difference was how helpful and friendly the staff were. Any time we needed help Manuel answered the phone straight away, and Shan messaged us throughout our stay making sure we had everything we needed and kindly kept us topped up with water, tea bags etc. Also was plenty of takeaway spots near by and big Tesco just down the road!

Sometimes the locks could take a couple of times to get in and could be quite loud, however this wouldn't stop me from staying again as it is minor compared to how great everything else was.

Comfy, clean and tidy. Small room, but it's all good for a short stay. It was a little out of town, but had free parking for cars which was beneficial! It was a little noisy at night, but they gave us ear plugs, which were appreciated.

For the price, it was brilliant. Very clean, everything you need.

It could be within walking distance to the city although we got a taxi and it was about 10 mins drive. But for the price, we had no issues. It could be busy on the road, but ear plugs are provided but we didn’t find the noise an issue.

A great clean comfortable room with all you could need

The hanging wardrobe which was fixed in ceiling . I put my handbag and phone on the table part on entering the room (no clothes hanging on it thank god) it came away from ceiling on left side the heavy bar and coat hangers came down on to my head then fell on my phone and smashed the screen. I did ring maintenance man who apologized but I'm left having to pay for my phone to be fixed through no fault of my own

Great spacious clean apartment and easy access through front or back door

It was noisy from traffic outside and I didnt sleep well, however it was very clean and cosy inside.

Room was spotless and very tastefully done and modern. Lovely staff upon checkin and access with the code was easy and I felt very safe and secure. Thank you Amica Guesthouse for a great stay.

Only room for improvement was our room door did not lock from the inside (the little lock was broken), so we were a little worried our toddler was going to wander out to the stairs in the night! He opened it a few times while we were in the room in the day. We ended up putting one of the dining chairs against the door (!). If that was fixed I wouldn’t have any complaints at all.
