Amazing rooms, clean and well appointed, and a beautiful poolside area. Very friendly staff, no English spoken but Google Translate helped a lot

The villa is a drive away from Sozopol and hiring a taxi into the town was quite difficult. Otherwise no complaints!

Everything was perfect. The villa itself is not that large, which is a huge bonus as it felt if we are alone. We did meet a few of the other guests and we actually got along pretty well. The host was more than what we could've hoped for. She was always looking after our rooms to make sure everything is clean and tidy. At the same time she didn't bother us with anything. An honorable mention is the barbeque in the back yard. Definitely try it.

Probably the only downside is the location. Sadly the villa is a bit too far away from the city center. Keep in mind that could also be a good thing as the area was very peaceful. Just to give you an idea: Nearest beach is "Bamboo beach" - about 15 minutes by foot. City center is about 25-30 minutes by foot.

It was absolutely clean. Everything looked like brand new. The host was constantly looking for everything to be neat and tidy around the house and the garden. The bed was comfortable. The apartment was spacious. It had several balkonies overlooking the garden and the sea. There was enough space for parking. There was plenty of hot water.

The slope of the bathroom was not good and the water could not drain well, so it was easily flooding.

There are two locations of Villa Ilchev on Google maps - the default one is incorrect and instead it should be looked up by street name and number. The real address is on a very quiet street, but is not on a walking distance from beaches and attractions and requires other transportation methods - have in mind that Sozopol is densely populated during the summer and you should look for a paid parking if you want to go out with your car.
