This is a great cabin to stay in. You can ride to the trails and rooms are good size. Only downfall is only one fridge with a large group.

A wonderful cabin tucked up in Powderhouse Pass. We enjoyed our time as a family and loved that it was located to closely to Lead and Deadwood. Clubhouse pool was a bonus for our family.

Cabin is well laid out with plenty of towels in all three bathrooms, separate set of towels for the hot tub, and 2 dryers to keep up with drying all those towels each day. Continuous tankless water heater keeps up with 12 people showering in a row and no one getting stuck with a cold water shock to the system. Community clubhouse has nice heated pools. Only a minute off the highway you still feel nestled into the hills.

This cabin is great for large groups and everyone can have their own bedroom. Beds definitely need updating. Very worn out and like a ‘taco’. Also a second garbage can. With 12 people in the cabin for several days, you need more than 1 garbage can.

We had a great time. The cabin was gorgeous. It was large enough that we were able to have our own space if needed. We had an issue with the AC and the property management company came right out and fixed it. Everyone I was in contact with were very nice and helpful.
The area is just beautiful! We would definitely stay there again.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY!! Beautiful house great amenities. Close to Lead and Deadwood. Loved that we could fit all our snowmobile trailers in the driveway (3). Snowmobile trail right by house. Lots of room and seating for everone to hang out. Big deck on the back with awesome hot tub. I can't say enough on how much we loved this house. GREAT STAY!

The house was amazing amenities are wonderful. The only disappointment was there was Salome snowmobiles in the garage so we could not park our vehicle in the garage, but we could fit all of our motorcycles in there, which was the most important.

This cabin was shot on for our needs. Super nice, plenty of room to park, well equipped and great location.
Cons:
Hollow walls and floors make it a very load place with no escape.
For the cleaning fees these places seem to have a lot of cob webs and we found empty neb treatments in our bedroom.

Bourbon Ridge
The property is accessed easily from highway 85 and is a short drive to Lead/ Deadwood, Spearfish Canyon for fishing and Terry Peak ski area if staying there in the winter. It had ample parking for three vehicles and the garage was useful to park kids bikes. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils. The kids loved the swimming pool and playing shuffle board and pool in the community center. The only thing that was a challenge for us was the gaps in the wood floor in the eating area. We had seven children under age eleven eating meals. With kids eating, crumbs would fall in the gaps on the wood floor and it made it very difficult to clean up after meals. We would stay there again.

Roomy and comfortable...mostly
We enjoyed the stay. Cabin was comfortable, clean, spacious and the hot tub was divine. Seating for only 8 at the table so if you have a bigger group, you can pull over the 2 chairs from the island but we had 11...couldn't all sit down together. From photos on listing we were expecting to me more secluded, need to update those photos to show nearby development has taken place. Our biggest problem (though not a problem for most) is that we like to cook big meals together and the kitchen size did not accommodate that very well.

Overall experience was really good! We had a couple minor issues but Budi was always quick to help out. The area of the Black Hills was perfect for our two families of 5 to hang out for the week.

UTV getaway
Property was great, never did use the community building but had plenty of space just across the street from cabin for our 4 trailers. Machines and trucks fit in the driveway. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Perfect Accommodations!
6 bedrooms and 3 full baths made it a perfect cabin to rent. Just enough room for our 4 rigs with trailers. One really bad thing about this cabin is that the beds were TERRIBLE…they need to put new mattresses on the beds. Also there wasn’t much toilet paper, garbage bags etc so we had to go buy some. If you have a 6 bedroom house, you need to have to stocked for that many people.

Great place to stay we all had a great time hot rub was great. Only complaint was not much for essentials like toliet paper detergent for diswasher and washing machine and no little garbage bags for bathrooms for 12 people. I would definitely recommend staying there tho. Nice place

Sturgis Bikeweek
Bourbon Ridge was absolutely perfect for our group of 11 adults. They driveway more than accommodated our truck/trailer and 2 rental cars. The garage had plenty of room for our 5 motorcycles. The property is close to Deadwood, a grocery store, and gas station. We had a small issue with the drain in the downstairs bathroom and the property manager was there within an hour or so. Very prompt and always responsive. Everyone loved it and didn't want to leave. Highly recommend.
