First of all, I would have rated this place would a 7 or 8 if there was a proper duvet for a double bed or two single bed duvets, proper mattress cover, proper bed pillows and a clean toilet brush. Other than that it is a nice place that brings adventures to lake Czorsztyn, Pieninski/Pieniny National Park, the Polish and Slovakian Tatra mountains and the termal baths within easy reach. Free parking at the premises and all relatively new inside. outside seating and a small kitchen to make yourself comfortable. If living in Poland payment was easy with Blik.

Only a single bed duvet was provided, with one of us sleeping under not the nicest bed cover that you would normally take off. The mattress cover was too small and had holes in it. The pillows were hardly stuffed with proper filling. The toilet brush was absolutely not clean. If these simple things were provided, this place would have scored a 7 or 8, but despite it having closets, no reserve duvets, bed sheets or pillows were available; and the owners were not nearby. Down payment was demanded within 24 hours, on a Saturday, which rules out a transfer by bank, and payment by credit card was not possible. For those living in Poland, Blik transfer is very well possible and no hastle (which would then be positive). The place is close to the road, so if you'd have the window open you might wake up many times at night. No hairdryer for those with long hair.

Property was very warm. Good entrance. Almost everthing you need for stay.

Missing places (warmer) to dry cloves. Only the floor are the warm place.

Good price, good location, modern apartment.

Bed was not clean enough. Also there was some dust on floor. We had problem with payment, because owner wants money in zloty sended to his account. If you are not from Poland it is problem.

Rooms were very spacious and very clean. Location is good

No living room, so watching a movie was only by sitting on the bed, or on a chair from the kitchen, TV is quite small. No towels for kitchen and toilet were provided

Location of the apartment directly on the main road (noise both day and night), very poor kitchen facilities, internet not working during the whole stay (unwilligness of the owner to deal with it), poor quality and squeaky beds

Really unpleasant experience. Fake annoucement on the booking ! I booked a big room with view on the mountain and received a smaller one with view on the parking. No Wifi, only one set of towels, no dishcloth, only one small blanket for a queen bed, no extra ones when its winter there. The fridge running noise all night, and placed in akward corner under a corner table. I got wake up at night by other clients who booked also on Booking. They didn't neither have any info of which room was their one from the booking, the hosts are living remotely so nobody to help you or welcome you. They are suppose to work from 16h to 23h but in reallity they don't really care. Thoses clients had to go to find something else in the middle of the night, since the system dont give them real infos on which room is the one they booked ? (Photos in the annoucemdnt shows 8 of them but dont distingate them in the booking process) The Perla appartements are a big building on the side of the road (noise of traffic), you have 8 rooms and owners attributes you the rooms they want, even if they are all free...no change possible, even worse, no view in the one i got despite the fact that was my only choice in the booking system. Maybe only one or two room have really a view on the mountains. I asked to change for other room - No I asked to be refund two remaining nights since i wouldnt stay in such bad room - No I was criticized to no complain about my own mistakes when all their behavious is full of mistakes ! Thiefs and unproffessional people - i wouldnt recommend - just money makers.
