Very small room and so noisy because nthe wall between the rooms is a very cheap Martial I heard all what the next apt talk and conversation clearly it's feel no privacy . Bath room very small and the shower very very small and the shower door broken . The mattress is old and no closet

The Good: Friendly and responsive host Just 150 yards from Obolon subway station Quite room on 23 floor of residential building in gated community , I stayed here 14 day and did not heard a single noise, quite AC, Located inside gated community, with 24/7 security at the gate, convenient store, medical offices, massage parlor (actual massage, not happy end one)

Not so good: I had to pay cash upfront, I expected that and had money, but it is inconvenient There were not a single chair, no nightstand, no dresser, no bed light. No place to put your phone or book when you going to bed no place to put your cloth. The host promised to fix it in future There were no toilet paper holder, no shelfs in shower cabin. Situated in a suburb (if you can call it that) north of the center of Kiev, it was perfect for my stay. I wanted to be close to a metro station and to Muromets Park. There was plenty to do and places to eat around. The view was just stunning.

View is nice, bed is comfortable. Bathroom were clean. There is a market next to the building so this made things easier.

Staff at the concierge doesn't know English. It was very hard to communicate.

The room was not ready and I had to wait after 15, even if check in time is at 14 and I informed about arrival time at 12. Only at 14:40 I was offered to check in in a more expensive flat or wait for the room. But so why did they make an empty flat ready before a reserved room?! The room is very basic, quite cold in autumn and overpriced. I have been in many places in Kiev and there are many better options for a similar price.

Very awesome sight from the 22th floor. I recommend it very much. Near Metro Station and a shopping mall with a good Georgian restaurant.
